Chris was fantastic! I came in after attempting to replace my laptop battery myself and quickly realizing I was in over my head. 😂 From the start, he was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on finding the right solution—not selling me an expensive repair. When I returned because another issue came up, Chris took the time to troubleshoot carefully and diagnose the problem instead of immediately recommending a costly replacement. That level of transparency and customer care is hard to find. You can trust Chris to give you straightforward advice, explain your options, and put your best interests first. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!
