  I visited the store to obtain a new service line for my family. However, a lady named Genn was extremely rude; she even refused to collect any information from me. Consequently, we left the store, which was a very disappointing experience.

  Google said it would be open at 10, I called and nobody answered, the open sign was on but the inside doors were still closed and locked. I left a voicemail, nobody called back. So, I took my client across the street to T-mobile.
