  My Sonshine and I had FUN shopping 🛍 in this store. We went in for a Chromecast for him, but was expertly diverted to the Google Streaming Device by Ari who had all of the knowledge of pros and cons for every streaming device. Extremely helpful. Everyone we encountered was a pleasure. We walked the entire store, browsing the phenomenal computers 🖥 and appliances. I wanted that Cream colored Samsung Kitchen Appliances package. Store was clean, organized and the atmosphere was pleasant! Highly, Highly recommend 👌🏽

  I like to browse electronic stores, sometimes to make a purchase and sometimes just because I want to look around and I enjoy seeing what's on offer or what new items have been rolled out. Occasionally I have found frustration with stores that don't have employees that greet you or are available to open up displays to grab an item for purchase, but I cannot accuse this store or location of any such thing. If anything, I've found my experiences here to be the entirely opposite end of the spectrum. During my last visit I found myself wishing a I had a little sticker or tag to wear on my shirt to indicate I've been asked and do not need any assistance. I kept count; I was asked if I needed help finding anything no less than 9 separate times in the span of 25 minutes I was walking around and browsing. The poor employees must have worked themselves out of tasking and were perhaps looking for anything to do to help the workday along. Sorry, guys, just looking. 🤣

  My husband and I, David Carter lost our house and everything in it, in the Georgia wildfire. We had bought Best Buy’s membership protection plan. We called corporate and told them the situation. They told us that everything we bought was covered and to go to the nearest store. We drove all the way to Jacksonville Florida just for them to tell us no. We get back on the phone with corporate and they looked at the call transcript from before, and told us, sorry for your loss, but you were misinformed. They said, we are sorry you lost everything but we cannot help you. Such horrible and greedy company. Do not buy there protection plan!!!!!!!!!!

  In the past 12 months, i purchased a laptop, printer, and a week ago, purchased a telephone. The Service Counter staff excellent and i rec'd superior customer service from Jesus and Kevin. Jeus professional, kind, courtous, excellent communication skills. Highly recommend this BestBuy, plus, Geek Squad superior!

  A worker came up to me, asked if I needed help then when I told him what I was looking, had no idea what the item was looking for, looked around confused, called for help and then left me standing there while he walked away. Found what I needed online cheaper on Amazon so I’m gonna just do that now. It’ll probably arrive quicker at this rate.
