This place is a complete joke . I came in to have my phone activated because it wasn’t letting me sign in to my iCloud because I couldn’t get the code ! Well how am I supposed to get the code when I can’t even sign in . Then the guy says I have to call apple care when in reality all I did was leave go to T-Mobile and the lady set up both my new phones in less than 5 min . Complete joke apple … get some new employees that know what there doing . If I could rate 0 stars I would

I was unlucky to get a more knowledgeable associate regarding the Mac mini. I asked about screen compatibility but I was shut down immediately that my opinion wasn’t going to work even though I’ve done my research and seen results. I was ready to purchase but got frustrated to even ask the next question to V (associate) of other possibilities.
Totally disappointed.

When I walked in for an appraisal/purchase of a new laptop, I was quoted a 40 min wait by the front employee who checks people in. This store is extremely busy, because it’s the only official Apple store in the area and areas around Jacksonville. Luckily I didn’t wait 40 mins, I think I only waited 5 mins. Ms. Linda helped me and was very patient, gentle, and informative. I was in and out within 15 mins. So this review is really for her, and her kind and helpful service. Thanks again!

Last weekend, I stopped in to purchase a new phone. This was the most aggressive, uncomfortable sale I've ever had. I was helped and told to wait until a sales person came to assist me, and after waiting for a bit I asked if it was okay to wander along the accessory wall- I was considering buying a battery pack and another charging adaptor. The sales girl seemed genuinely annoyed that I wasn't standing in the same spot waiting for her.
She tried to bully me into buying apple care, first- asking only HOW I wanted to pay for it, not IF that was a service I was interested in.
When I declined, her demeanor was very annoyed and then she tried to scare me into buying it, even lying and telling me there is no factory warranty when I asked. I asked if there was a defect and the phone stopped working a month from now, and it wasn't my fault, would it be covered- she said I would be responsible because "that happens with technology sometimes." And the only solution is to pay for apple care. When I went home I found the limited manufacturers warranty I was inquiring about. She also told me multiple times that she doesn't get commission. She then said that people come in angry and blame the employees when they don't have coverage. This energy was very passive aggressive. I am fully aware what declining coverage means, and I don't blame other people for my own mishaps.
In hindsight, I should have asked for someone else to help me, but I was stunned and didn't know how to proceed, we were already half way through the process at this point and I didn't want to be there any longer.
At the end of the transaction she asked me if I wanted to purchase a screen protector and a case (I had both at home already,) and when I declined this as well, she rolled her eyes and said "okay so leaving with no protection at all then, got it." Again, very aggressive. This young woman should not be in a customer facing position. Her tone and attitude made the whole transaction really uncomfortable and I left feeling like I never want to return to that location.
The other times I've come in to the store to do a pickup order everyone else has been really friendly, if it wasn't for them I'd leave 1 star.
