    Staff here is great. We have been here like 10 times in the past two weeks. Bought a few things and returned a few things (returns had nothing to do with this store specifically). This store is setup in a typical apple open concept. Each table has its own thing it sells or accomplishes. Well staffed each visit. We were able to get in and out with in 10 mins each time. (We did come prepared each time because we are tech savvy, you might have to wait if you are performing tech support with staff) No long waits. All in all: 8/8 tablets are great. 5/5 Staff is kind.

    My direct interactions with people here have been great. Adam, the first tech who helped me, was knowledgeable and empathetic. However, I'm deducting stars because there are clear management problems. Per apple support, there are no updates or notes on my work order even though it's going on 3 days past the expected due date. When they try to connect me, no one picks up the phone. I'm getting ghosted and have no idea when I can get my phone back.

    The customer service at this establishment was extremely disappointing. Making a simple purchase took an unreasonable amount of time due to employees appearing inattentive and unprofessional. Instead of focusing on assisting customers and completing sales efficiently, staff members seemed distracted and unconcerned with providing proper service. In addition, several employees came across as rude and lacked basic customer service skills. A business that operates in sales should prioritize professionalism, efficiency, and customer satisfaction — unfortunately, this experience reflected the complete opposite. Overall, the service was frustrating, poorly managed, and far below expectations.

    I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this Apple Store. I had a confirmed appointment for 12:30 PM. It is now 1:57 PM, and my issue hasn't even begun to be addressed. I’ve wasted nearly two hours waiting for nothing, despite having Apple Care and needing a simple warranty replacement. What is most insulting is the total indifference of the staff. I explicitly told the employees that I had to pick up my children at 2:00 PM. They just gave me a generic 'okay, okay,' but absolutely nothing happened. No one ever came back to help. Apparently, Apple believes that a lack of competition gives them the right to treat their customers like cattle. Your attitude toward people is a disgrace. You exist because of your customers, but you've clearly forgotten that. After this kind of 'service,' I am seriously ready to ditch the brand and look for an alternative. Unacceptable.

    Read the reviews before coming so I carved out a chunk of my day but was ultimately surprised and had a great experience Walked in without appointment and had to wait quite a bit but I was seen in order. I feel like I got an expert who really did diagnostics on my phone and had a good understanding of my phone. He was even patient enough to let me ask about another issue I was having unrelated to the issue I raised when I walked in. In the end I couldn’t reproduce the issue but he did his best to help. Unexpectedly he still gave me some things to look out for and advised me on what to do if it happens again. The issue involved my headphones which were out of warranty but he still helped me address the issue and didn’t write me off for asking about out of warranty tech.
