He took the time to explain every detail clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we fully understood every option before making a decision. We never felt rushed, and his recommendations were honest and truly in our best interest. What impressed me the most was how empathetic, respectful, and trustworthy he was. I can confidently leave my parents in his care because I know he will always treat them fairly and honestly.
