  I brought my iPhone to Best Buy / Geek Squad for a back glass replacement, and after picking up the phone I immediately noticed fresh damage/scraping around the edges of the housing that was not there before the repair. The workmanship quality was unacceptable. I brought the issue up immediately before even leaving the area, and the manager, Jovi, acknowledged the condition looked bad but then claimed the damage “came like that” and refused to take responsibility or offer a proper resolution. I was told to “take it up with Apple” even though the damage occurred during their service process. Very disappointed with how this was handled. If a customer pays for a repair, the device should be returned in equal or better condition — not with additional cosmetic damage. The lack of accountability and refusal to stand behind the repair quality is the biggest issue here. I recommend customers carefully inspect their devices before leaving after any repair service

  I made an appointment to have a dash cam installed. No mention of the location was made on the call so I assumed the installation was made at the same location as my past installation. I arrived at the Hialeah location and was rudely blown off. I will never go to the bestbuy in Hialeah again.

  No le pongo cero estrella porque no deja,tremendo mal servicio hace años tuve muy mala experiencia y desde entonces nunca mas compré nada en best buy,ya que estamos en estados unidos donde el servicio debe de ser excelente ya que hay bastante competencia,esra vez fue mi hijo de 17 años quien se le ocurrió comprar algo y debido al tiempo yo fui a devolverlo pues no le sirvio la medida,fui un dia a la hora de almuerzo de mi empleo una sola cajera 5 personas esperando ser atendidas para una devolución que lo puede hacer cualquier cajera,hoy volví a regresar y esra vez fui a las 8pm pense que a esa hora iba hacer diferente porque como todos sabemos el tiempo en este pais rs oro,bueno las personas delate de mi llevaban esperando 1 hora y yo 35 minutos mas 10 personal de la tienda dando vueltas por toda la tienda nos miraban y seguían de largo a las 9pm hora de cerrar viene un muchacho que llevaba media hora caminando toda la tienda a esa hora atender cuando ya habían 7 personas esperando y ya la tienda cerraba,bueno después de yo haber esperado mas de 40 minutos y de ser la segunda vez que iba a devolver algo que no pude pir el tiempo que nunca me atendieron el muchacho me dice que ya habían pasado los 15 dias de devolución cuando la culpa rs de ellos pir no atender a las personas en fin gaste mi tiempo en manejar hasta la tienda mi tiempo esperando a la hora del cierre para que se dignara alguien atender para al final decirme que no podían devolver el dinero,un horror una falta de respeto por favor tómense una pastilla antes de ir a ese lugar verdaderamente nunca mas volveré ni aunque regalen la mercancía.
