‼️STAY AWAY. This clinic will push unnecessary treatments on your pets and drain your wallet.
We brought our two 10-week-old kittens to VCA — a decision we deeply regret. Despite providing their full vaccination records at check-in, the vet administered FVRCP and FeLV vaccines they did NOT need, then had the audacity to schedule us for multiple follow-up visits with even more of the same vaccines. Their "treatment plan" would have cost us over $600 for two kittens.
We got a second opinion. The verdict? Every single additional vaccine VCA recommended was unnecessary. Our kittens already had 3 prior FVRCP doses and were too young for more. The FeLV vaccine was not medically indicated at all. VCA saw our records, ignored them, and vaccinated our kittens anyway — then built a plan to keep charging us for more of the same.
This is not a mistake. This is a pattern.
And if that wasn't enough — they charge a $97 exam fee just for the doctor to physically administer the vaccine. On top of the vaccine cost. Just to show up.
Do not go to VCA! Do not trust their treatment plans without getting a SECOND OPINION first!
If you need routine vaccinations, go to your local shelter or a pet store clinic — same vaccines, a fraction of the price, zero upselling.
I cannot stress this enough: avoid this clinic and Dr. Darby Peterson at all costs. Your pets deserve better — and so does your bank account.

I have boarded my cat Onyx at this VCA location twice and both times they did a great job taking care of my baby! Adriana, the pet care attendant looking after Onyx, would text me daily with pictures and telling me how Onyx was doing. Adriana even checked on Onyx the day after I picked her up. I really like that because it shows that she cares about my dear Onyx. This to me is priceless when looking for a place to board my pet at.
