  A year ago i brought my puppy in too get him a plan for all of his shots and dewormer and chip etc.. what u normally would get for a 3 month old puppy. They gave me a plan for a year and 63$ a month for a year. Included in plan was free exams and and bording for exam days.. this was a complete lie and about 3months ago i brought him in for ear problems and within hour im getting a call that he cut his back paw print open and it would require stitches and anastesia.. i asked how this happened and no one would give me a direct answer and they peddled around it.. now that my plan is up they are saying i owe them 400$ because they deliberately overcharge u too keep that re occuring monthly fee from coming in.. i will never bring my puppy back here nor will i pay them what they say i owe.. they says this plan is as good as insurance which i can get for cheaper.. this is a place that lies about the care for the animal in their hands number 1.. secondly they lie about payment plan and that after a year of payments everything will be paid abd u can go elsewhere.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tri-County VCA and its incredible doctors and staff! We needed international health certificates for our dogs, and not only were they the most affordable option in the area (and honestly, anywhere I called!), but they were also the most knowledgeable about the entire process. Since this was our first time navigating international travel with our dogs, we had plenty of questions. The entire team was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating, taking the time to walk us through everything and work with our schedule to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. On the day of our appointment, they were on top of everything! We experienced little to no wait time, and I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Alicea, our vet tech Hope, and the wonderful front desk coordinators Sandy and Marcy! Every single one of them was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful, and so sweet to our dogs. You could genuinely tell how much they love and care about the animals they work with. 10/10 experience! We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us prepare for our international travels. I highly recommend Tri-County VCA, especially to anyone needing international health certificates for their pets. We will absolutely be back!

  I cannot say enough good things about vca. Every single staff member treats us like family and their love for what they do is apparent at every visit. I love and trust vca and recommend them every chance i get.

  First time visitor with Luna my pom. The receptionist staff is very friendly and helpful. Hope was the assistant that brought us to room and she was very personable and courteous. She was prompt and explained everything very clearly. Dr Meijas was fun and personable and very excited to see Luna. Definitely recommend you check them out. Overall 5 ⭐️ ‘s
