  This office is amazing. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the staff was friendly and handled my baby with care. Will definitely be using again.

  This place is an awful place to take your animals. I took my DIABETIC cat here. He was very frightened of course . I waited almost 2 hours because they chose to see the dog over my own cat. I heard the workers in the back giggling and cursing which is so unprofessional because i HEARD IT while my sick cat was waiting almost 2 hours to be seen. I went here because of the reviews and this is APPALLING. Do not take your pets here. They genuinely don’t care. I called to speak to the manager and wasn’t helped. Please be careful when you read reviews because they’re not always true and probably automated. THEY ALSO LEFT MY CATS BLOOD SAMPLE OUTSIDE AND ASKED HIM TO COME BACK.

  Do not recommend. Made an appointment for my sick dog. Arrived but they had an emergency come in. So they refused to see my sick dog because the vet wanted to leave at 6pm instead of 7pm.

  I would avoid this place. Brought my dog in for a 96 dollar exam which I guess just includes asking questions and weighing my dog. I spent 140 bucks felt very rushed out of there and was just given meds and hope he gets better was what it felt like. My dog did not get better. I called told them my concern. They said I could bring him back in for a free exam just for them to try to squeeze more money out of me for X-rays and bloodwork. It’s a guessing game with them. This place does not care about you or your dog. All they care about is money and they will not be getting another dime from me. Currently looking for a vet that actually cares because VCA miracle mile does not.
