  Disappointed. Went in and thought the sales associate ( Edna)was great till I realized at the last minute she added products I didn’t ask for.she struggled transferring my data. That wasn’t my issue. Made payment left after her multiple attempts to. My husband asked if the charger was included. She said yes and even after he questioned the price. I unfortunately trusted her. I before I left to try and figure out the transfer. She said she sent me the receipt. I went in the next day to ask about the charges and another sales associate explained my recipe charges. There was a speaker Edna charged along with the charger port. Mind you I obviously didn’t get a speaker in my bag because had she done that. I would’ve absolutely stoped and questioned. So honestly I believe this was a way to add on to the sale and because she never gave the speaker. I didn’t notice till the next day. So back to the fact that she’s not there the next day and the lady tells me. Store policy no returns on accessories. So spoke with cricket . Also boom nothing they can do. So I may be at fault for no questioning charges. But SHAME ON YOU EDNA and everyone who else does this to customers. I will be spreading the word. Don’t go here. But if you do. Be attentive
