  It's fast and pleasant. I went to change the filter and he was back in 2 minutes. He was also very polite. Will always recommend.

  Rudy went above and beyond during my visit today. I came in without an appointment because my Airwrap kept shutting off and I live three hours away, so I was hoping for the best. Not only was Rudy incredibly kind and helpful, but the team offered to fix it right away so I wouldn’t have to make the trip back. Within 30 minutes I was back out the door with a fully working Airwrap. That kind of customer service is rare. Highly recommend this location!

  My Dyson vacuums Filter light kept going off while I was vacuuming and the suction was not working well, even in boost mode . Angel said I probably needed a new filter . I purchased my Dyson back in 2019 and it run like new again ! Thank you Angel for the great service .

  Great Customer Service. These guys know their craft and they don't mess around. I brought my Dyson Ball Animal 2 with a broken hose shifter. Technician took one good look at it, the part was available and had done in 20 mins. By the way, this was my second time in the shop. Both times a superb experience. In-and-out of the shop in a jiffy. I highly recommend these Shop in Fort Lauderdale

  Their service is usually great.However this past time (04/01/2026)the guy that helped me (skinny guy with glasses and salt and pepper hair) towards the end when he completed the repair I went to ask him out of curiosity if the problem had to do with a wire and his answer to me was “Are you a technician?” And proceeded to just turn on the vacuum to show me it was working but completely ignored my question and just decided to be sarcastic asking me if I was a technician.I don’t know if maybe he was having a bad day but that’s definitely not the way you speak to a customer that’s merely being curious about their machine. They need to do better when it comes to customer service.The machine got fixed and I’m grateful for that but I don’t know if I’ll be coming back.I think I rather get a new one than to have to hear someone speak to me in a sarcastic way.
