  Sometimes the employees have no clue what is going on. Kind of got screwed on a total membership. Usually give this place the benefit of the doubt because I can find what I need on my own, but now I lost out on quite a few warranty’s. Would definitely recommend micro center if you can make the drive.

  I just had a terrific experience 3 different times in one visit to this location. First Rich in electronics not only helped me find something, he actually walked to me it personally. I wanted a new iPhone too and after he and I finished he walked me over and introduced me to Brandon who gave me my second great experience. He was super nice and patient. He took care of everything getting my new phone set up with ATT. Usually that process is stressful but he made it super easy. Lastly at geek squad I had Danny transfer my data and put my protector on. He was also so nice and knowledgeable. Wanted to give all three a shout out for being great at their job.

  Hi Best Buy is always my first choice to shop and they always have great deals . Today I was there to pickup my online order and something unpleasant happen in store but the Manger Javon Cruz involved above and beyond to assist me in that matter . He is a true team leader . He is professional and polite and very respectful. 5 stars ⭐️ recommended that store 100% only if manger is Javon Cruz 🫡

  Apparently this is normal behavior for the people who work there. I came into this store to purchase two desktop computers and spent time working with a cashier who was helpful in narrowing down the options. Once we selected the two computers I wanted, I brought them to checkout and was ready to complete the purchase. At checkout, I declined the additional offers and made it clear I just wanted to proceed with the purchase. At that point, a manager named Josh stepped in and began explaining the manufacturer’s limited warranty. I clearly and repeatedly stated that I was not interested in hearing more about it and simply wanted to check out. Despite that, he continued insisting on explaining it. When I declined to engage in that conversation, he told me that if I wasn’t willing to listen, he would not sell me the product. The situation escalated, and I was ultimately refused service. To be clear, I was already at checkout, ready to pay, and was denied a purchase because I chose not to listen to an explanation I did not ask for. A customer who is ready to purchase should not be put in a position where they are denied service for declining additional conversation. This situation raised concerns about how managerial authority is exercised at checkout. Denying a purchase because a customer declines additional conversation creates a dynamic where the customer feels pressured to comply rather than simply complete a transaction. That crosses the line from service into unnecessary control.

  Thanks to George in the television department, I’ll be gifting my mother in law a brand new tv this Mother's Day. He was so knowledgeable, honest and really understood what I needed. She desperately needed an upgrade, and with George's help, we got the perfect one at a reasonable price. Can't say enough good things about him. I'll be coming to this location for all my future electronics purchases.
