  I’d like to point out a few weak aspects of the Apple electronics store in Galleria mall that really shouldn’t be acceptable for a store of this level. First, the internet connection is extremely poor 🛜, which becomes a real issue when setting up a new phone. Customers either have to leave the store to solve it elsewhere or spend hours there just trying to update and transfer their data. Second, the quality of the products and accessories. I had a screen protector installed on a brand-new phone, and it cracked immediately. They replaced it, but the second one started chipping around the edges the very next day. You expect a store of this level to provide service and product quality that actually matches its reputation and standards. I have no complaints about the employees themselves.

  Sky and Laurie were beyond helpful and kind. They made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I left with a new computer and everything I needed for set up thanks to them! The manager Sergio at the genius bar was amazing. He couldn’t be smarter or more helpful.

  I’ve always associated Apple with premium service, which made today’s experience at the Apple Store Galleria especially disappointing. I arrived 30 minutes early for my 5:00 PM Genius Bar appointment. The store was not busy and staff were available, yet I was told I could not be checked in until exactly 15 minutes before the appointment. When I politely raised the issue with a female staff member, she basically made it clear that arriving early was our problem. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and entirely lacking in customer care. Policies are understandable, but poor treatment is not. For a company with Apple’s prices and reputation, I expected a far more professional and customer-focused experience.
