  Not only did they completely wipe out all my memory on my computer just for changing the screen on a new laptop, they knicked the edge of it. This was a brand new laptop, not even 2 years old, screen went bad, and they returned it damaged with no memory. I WILL NEVER go back to this Apple location again. Beware. Save ALL your memory prior to going in. At no time were we warned that changing the screen was going to result in a knicked edge AND all my memory wiped clean. I can bet Apple will take zero responsibility for this damage to the finish.

  customer service leaves a lot to be desired if Domenica is the kind of person that apple hires for managers they've got a lot of problems, She's rude and dismissive and snarky in the way she speaks to people, and start talking to you like its her way or the highway. Very judge mental tone when you tell her that you don't have the time to come into the store because you have to work. Its like yes people have much more demanding jobs with little time for anything else unlike the manager of the so called Apple "Geniuses" yeah right. Do better Apple or at least hire managers that want to do right by your customers after all you spend over $1000 for a phone you at least expect there to be better service than and quote " JUST BUY ANOTHER PHONE AND WELL REFUND YOU WHEN YOU RETURN IT BACK TO THE STORE TO PICK UP YOUR DEVICE FROM REPAIR. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ELSE FOR YOU"

  I did a walk in for the Genius Bar and was lucky to get an appointment 2 hours later and I was assisted by Gregory. I had the absolute best experience with him assisting me. He calmly walked me through all possibilities for the reasons behind my screen flickering, did some troubleshooting, and when he found the cause, he walked me through all the options I had available and his personal advice. At no point did the appointment feel rushed or did I feel forced to buy something; he was so personable and it was a pleasure to walk away from the interaction without feeling dismissed. Thank you again Greg, you rock!

  I went in today. The wait time after my appointment was acceptable, considering they’re super busy. The staff who attended me was Richie and Susan, they’re both very kind. Richie was very attentive and informative about my concerns. Shoutout to them

  Customer service is disgustingly bad. Not enough staff to cope with the demand for technical support. Takes over 3 hours to get a diagnosis of the issue. This monopoly is unsustainable. Experience is awful!!!!
