  Apple Store at The Galleria has a good selection of Apple products and accessories. The store is well organized, although the staff seemed more neutral and less welcoming than at some other Apple Stores I’ve visited. Overall, a standard Apple Store experience.

  Single handily the best Apple Store I have been to in 6 states. From check in, to phone service, this store got it done. Winston helped me, was extremely polite, knowledgeable and experienced. What the Naples store could not do in three days, Winston had it done in an hour! Dude rocks, give hike a raise and promote him. This young man went above and beyond and even skipped lunch!

  Just went to the Apple Store at the Galleria Mall today, fully prepared to make a terrible financial decision. And somehow… I walked out with nothing. Nothing. Not a cable. Not an AirPod. Not even one of those little $19 accessories that somehow makes you feel like you accomplished something. Now, I actually need some new gear. I really do. But I walked around that store looking at the products thinking, “Wait a minute… haven’t I been looking at this same shit for the last five years?” Apple has perfected the art of making you feel like you’re looking at the future when you’re actually looking at the past with a slightly different camera placement. I’m standing there looking at a MacBook like: “Damn… didn’t I meet you in 2021?” MacBook says, “Yeah.” “Didn’t you look exactly like this?” “Yeah.” “Didn’t you cost a lot of money?” “Yeah.” “So what the hell happened?” “USB-C.” “Oh. Congratulations.” Then I looked at the iPads. Same situation. I’m thinking, “Is this a new product or did somebody just wipe the fingerprints off the old one?” And Apple employees are standing around looking at me like they already know I’m about to spend $2,000 on something I absolutely do not need. Not today, Satan. I’m waiting for next month’s Mac-iPad event. Maybe Apple will actually bring something new to the party. Maybe the MacBook will finally transform into a robot. Maybe the iPad will make coffee. Maybe John Ternus will walk onstage carrying an iPhone made out of gold and say, “We moved the button.” Until then, I’m keeping my money. Because I refuse to walk into an Apple Store with $2,000 and walk out with a product that looks like the one I almost bought five years ago. Nice store, though. Very clean. Very impressive. Very expensive museum dedicated to rectangles. I’ll be back after the event. Assuming Apple gives me a reason to bring my wallet.

  Awful experience at this specific Apple Store. Went on a Tuesday for pickup and trade-in. Got in line, since there was one due to the recent iPhone launch. At the end of the line, the guy sent us and other customers to the same store representative. The customers in front of us took forever to pickup their things, then the representative completely forgot about us. When asked, she said we needed to go back to the end of the line. So we did and did the whole process again. Slow and inefficient.

  Jonathan was absolutely amazing, went in with a situation, and he was able to get me in and out with a replacement super fast and easy! He was very kind and knowledgeable, super appreciative. Also, just PS - AppleCare on AirPods is the best insurance I’ve ever purchased! Highly recommend!
