  I recently replaced my truck's sound system at Best Buy in Florida City. Javier Martinez, the technician, did a very professional installation job. He was thorough explaining everything. I am very pleased with the work and service I received. Thanks Javier 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  Overall have had good experiences over the years here. I do dislike the dwindling of items in the gaming section and miss blu rays, but that's a sign of the times. Overall Tvs, ipads, laptops, games, and card supplies have been great. Always get deals here. However the other day I waited in the pokemon line and encountered "ghost chairs". Nobody in sight, nobody waiting in line. People were sleeping in their cars or not even in the parking lot. I waited for 30 mins before moving to the front of the line. Immediately hell breaks lose and I'm being bullied for it as they gaslight me into doing something wrong. I said we'd ask the manager when they arrive on who is first and what is fair. To me, I was the only one truly waiting, 1st seemed fair. My problem here isn't that I wasn't first in line, it was that I was the only one in line and that the manager agreed with me that "bodies must be in line or in chairs". Then proceeds to backpeddle and have no back bone against this BS by, "I'll allow chairs saving your spot today". Complete cop out. You should have told them to pound sand and go to the back of the line. So you let the bullies, cheaters, and resellers get all the best product that was limited, instead of the other people who deserved it and waited respectfully. I had 7 people swearing at me, calling me names, threatening me, smoking weed around, and you let them cheat their way to the front when they didn't deserve it. They were not waiting, I was. If they were gone on a quick break to use the bathroom, I would understand. But no, they were all not present. Say what you want about adults and pokemon people, but many of us are there because we enjoy the hobby. I know you're tired of it. I empathize with that and how annoying it can be, I understand you did not have the full story, but let's not pretend like adults don't know how to wait in line and be respectful. I kept my word and moved back to my original spot, and I still got everything I wanted, but it is the principal behind it. You let the jerks win in that situation. You also preached to us about how you don't save product behind the counter, or don't do favors for people, and then immediately make this poor decision. Definitely gives me a bad taste in my mouth and question you more. I was not the only one complaining about it. Hopefully we actually hold people accountable. If they want the product, then they better wait fair and square

  Javi installed the underglow on my xB and did an amazing job. He’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all types of automotive electronics, and his work looks as clean and seamless as OEM. Very professional, organized, and detail-oriented throughout the entire install. I’m very happy with the work and already plan on bringing my daily driver back for an alarm install.   I received the Ray Ban meta glasses as a gift from my wife where she purchased them from Best Buy in Florida City. After about a month I had prescription lenses put in the frames. They were perfect for a month or two. They would not turn on so I called Ray Ban support and they walked me through several areas of a diagnostic procedure . They then recommended to return them under a warranty. I went in and with an explanation a customer service employee bluntly said I don’t why they told you that statement. I was totally disappointed.
