- JLJan Long6 days ago5.0My Samsung phone would not charge. I took it in to Zagg at Coconut Point and Waji promptly identified the problem ordered the part and fixed it the next morning. Excellent service and affordable cost.
- MMMandy MartineAug 25, 20265.0Came in here because my new puppy decided my massive 14.6-inch tablet looked like a chew toy (turns out a squishy cover is irresistible to a teething puppy). He literally chewed right through the screen! Waji took care of me from start to finish, and the experience was fantastic. He even negotiated a little bit with me while I was sitting there checking online refurb prices just to see if it made sense. Next thing you know, he hit the magic number and I had to give in. I brought it in on a Sunday, he ordered the part on Monday, and I picked it up Tuesday around 2:30 PM. Incredible turnaround time for such a huge repair. (Bonus points because this place replaced uBreakiFix so thank God Bonita still has a phone fix it store!) I will definitely be returning the next time I break something! 😂 I wish they offered something like Samsung care because I would totally pay for it if I knew I could just take my phone/tablet down the road every time I broke it.

This is so much easier than having to wait for the screen protector to be shipped then having to go to a Verizon store to have them put it on because I can’t seem to place them correctly. There was no wait either!
