  Absolute trash service. They mailed my phone out for repairs and while it was in their care someone logged into my phone and ran up charges on my verizon account hacked my facebook and venmo. Then precided to take zero accountability for it. Told me "aw bummer sorry that happened" will never use another apple product again. Currently trying to get my story to news stations as small consumers like me we'll never be able to take on apple in court. They would have bankrupted me trying to fight them police report is filed, but I doubt they will do anything against apple either.

  I’ve unfortunately been a long time user of these products and I’ve never seen a more obvious decline for quality in a product than Apple. It makes zero sense why I can’t download an app, because I’m unable to verify? I thought “oh maybe Apple wants to charge me, even though ALL of my subscriptions are up to date” so I load money onto my Apple wallet and connect that once prompted after failing to download said-app. I go to download again, unable to verify again. There’s no reason for verification as stated before, all subscriptions are up to date. Therefore, no reason exist for Apple to be mysteriously charge me. I’ve let it slide too long but this morning was the last straw. Ridiculous.

  Today’s experience was way better than yesterday‘s experience. It’s the fact that I had to come back and go again. yesterday’s security guard was ice grilling me with that thousand mile stare that’s very uncomfortable. I didn’t know if he was a customer trying to sell me foot pics or what, but I realized today that they have security in there just looking pissed off. The employee didn’t have the patience to do the trade cuz I was unprepared. The vibes are strange in there. But I got it done and the guy that did the trade was cool.

  Quiero agradecer especialmente a Alina y Raúl por la excelente atención que nos brindaron ayer en la Apple Store. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes durante nuestra visita, pero ambos estuvieron en todo momento pendientes de nosotros, con mucha paciencia, amabilidad y profesionalismo. A pesar de las dificultades, hicieron todo lo posible para ayudarnos y encontrar una solución. Se nota cuando alguien realmente se preocupa por brindar un buen servicio y hacer que el cliente se vaya satisfecho. Alina y Raúl hicieron un trabajo increíble y definitivamente merecen ser reconocidos por su dedicación y la forma tan amable en la que nos atendieron. Muchas gracias por su tiempo, paciencia y por ayudarnos hasta el final. ¡Excelente servicio! Sin duda, personas como ellos hacen que la experiencia en Apple sea mucho mejor.
