  If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! Take it anywhere else to get fixed but this Apple Store! These people tell you a week at most to order parts and fix than you have to sit on Apple support for over hour on multiple occasions for them to say the parts haven’t even shipped a week after I dropped off!!!! Going on week 2 without computer loss of revenue with my company and still can’t give an update!!!!!

  Terrible experience. Went in with a phone with a non-responsive screen. They quoted $350 for the repair after having us wait for a hour. We opted to get a new phone only to have them tell us they can’t transfer the data after we paid. No offer to help, no apologies. Will never go back. Better off buying one from Walmart or online. Apple used to be better but now is worthless in person. Stay away and save your money

  I’ve been in the area since 2008 and in the recent year I’ve had 2 horrible experiences with Jasmine. I’ve never encountered an Apple employee like this. Worst attitude possible. Ironically I was in a different retail store as a customer next to her and she has the same horrible attitude off work. I’m pretty sure I’m not the first with this kind of experience.

  Visiting from the UK and needed to get a new phone. Went to get a iPhone 17, Caleb was so helpful and helped me trade in my old phone , the process was super easy and efficient, thanks Caleb

  If I could put in less than 1 star, I would. There is a female manager at this store. I am assuming she is the same one from previous complaints. I went to this location on April 9th. I first met with a genius. He told me my computer should be warranty for my screen. My MacBook Pro screen stopped working. After a long investigation, they discovered that there was a Crack. I couldn't see it, but they were still pleasant at this point. I asked if they could do anything for me. Soon, the managers changed and a woman approached me. I asked her what she can do for me. She said either buy another computer, or pay for the repair. I again asked her what she could do. She turned away from me and asked an employee to check something out for her. I thought he was checking something out for me. I waited for a long time, patiently. She got into a big argument with another customer while I was waiting. Following the argument, she finally approached me again. She asked me again if I wanted to buy another computer, or pay for the repair. I said that I thought they were checking on something for me. She then became very angry and told me I have only 2 choices. After she became angry with me, I asked her why she had to be so upset with me. She told me she is the manager. She than began to walk away. I then became a bit more upset for the way she was treating me. She then asked me to leave, while raising her voice. I then raised my voice very loud. I know I didn't say anything bad, but I know I probably stated that she was treating me badly. She then got security to escort me outside. I thanked the employees that were trying to help me. The security seemed confused. He was very nice, yet said that he had to do what he was told to do. I immediately called Apple. I received no help. I finally received help about a week later by a Apple customer service manager. He got me the repair done for free. The Waterside Apple store is wonderful. They helped me a lot. I will never step foot in the Coconut point store ever again. Please, don't go here.
