  I do not fancy writing reviews like this. We went into the store looking for a watch band for my fiancé’s new watch. First notch was that no one greeted us. I understand that it can be very busy but when you hear greetings and intros go out to other customers it truly sets the tone. When my fiancé did finally get help after flagging someone down, the employee was incredibly arrogant and did not really seem to want to help :(. My fiancé asked for a black watch band, the worker rushed him over to the bands and dryly stated, “that one in front of you.” My fiancé pointed out that the band was not black but navy which the employee had to check himself and then did it again with another band that was green when we were asking for grey. I know it was a simple watch band ask but it would have been nice to feel the same level of customer care we were witnessing happening to those around us.

  Went to this store yesterday to compare products in person. There was no greeting or acknowledgement for about 15 minutes upon entry. The one sales associate that did actually offer assistance was pleasant. Sadly, the acknowledgement came a little too late. We may still purchase an Apple product but this location was lacking in service. We drove an hour to get there and I'm not inclined to go back.

  Apple has become incredibly disappointing. It feels like they prioritize profits over people and customer service. Imagine spending two hours trying to order a phone, only to be told you can’t complete the purchase because of an error on their end. What makes it even more frustrating is their unwillingness to take accountability or make things right. Customers deserve better, especially from a company that charges premium prices for its products.

  Weird vibe and attitude from numerous staff like they rather be somewhere else 🤷. Happy to explain how they will pass you off to a next disgruntled, disaffected friend a few steps inside this tiny a - store -- so go on back that tiny space full of numerous idle employees talking to each other😁😌. 🚨🚨🚨Not surprised at all from non-English speaking customers getting that kind of treatment from the bad vibes all around. Some of em need to go back manning the McD drivethru and not running a store where customers are dropping racks on this overpriced aluminum 🤑 😭

  My girlfriend and I had an appalling experience at the Apple Store at Coconut Point in Estero. The employee who assisted us was named Michael—a tall, slim man with glasses and a black beard. I felt that his treatment of my girlfriend was racist and discriminatory simply because she did not speak English. A language barrier is never an excuse to treat someone with disrespect. She deserved the same courtesy, patience, and professionalism as any other customer. This experience was deeply upsetting and left me with a terrible impression of this store. For a company with Apple’s reputation, this level of customer service is unacceptable. No customer should feel discriminated against because of the language they speak. I expect store management to take this complaint seriously and address Michael’s conduct. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location. One star is already too generous. If I could give this store zero stars, I would.
