  We had a super experience resetting my husband’s new iPhone and recovering his Apple ID password. We were frustrated and Sophia walked us through each step. Sophia and Hailey were professional and extremely pleasant and so knowledgeable getting us through the reset. Very patient Personel!

  Went to upgrade my phone but had issue with the sim card transfer. They did a bunch of stuff without telling us what they were doing, then decided the sim in the phone we just bought was “fried” (??) and had us by a new one and return the old one. Then the same thing happened so after that they had us just go to t-mobile. T-mobile guy was able to fix it in 3 mins and said “they had trouble getting it to do this?” so it seems like it was an easy fix they should’ve known how to do and not make us do 2 separate 1000 dollar transactions. Next time we are just going to go to T-mobile.

  There is clear disorganization among the staff. They lack a method for organizing customers into a queue; consequently—due to this lack of organization—customers who have been waiting for a while remain unattended, while people who have just arrived are served first. It is quite surprising that a technology company does not possess a better system for queuing and managing customer wait times.

  I had an iCloud question that I could not figure out in my own. I went into the store thinking it could be a quick question to help me understand. I didn’t make an appointment because the phrasing is “schedule for a repair” online. That didn’t seem to apply to my situation. Arrived at the store but because they were short staffed, I was informed no one could help me and I would need to schedule an appointment to come back. I understand things happen, I do. I was frustrated driving 40 minutes to be turned away. However, the WORST part is the supervisors response and attitude were atrocious. Rude doesn’t even cover it. Customer service goes along way and there’s a reason this store has a low rating. Now you likely won’t have a customer back due to one bad experience. Do better

  May 2, 2026- 130pm I see why this store is rated 3.5. I wish 0 stars was an option. I was just treated so very rudely by manager on duty- Maria or Melia- not sure how she spells her name. She was nasty, condescending, and does not exhibit any professionalism. I truly hope the senior leadership team of this Apple store sees my review and investigates her unprofessional behavior. I asked for another manager several times and she kept coming back to me saying no other manager is available and told me to leave their store. This has been the most disheartening experience that I have had in a long time and I really hope that she gets the help she needs. Malia or Melia- the manager on duty today on May 2, 2026 around 130pm needs to understand that she should treat EVERY customer the same. I truly hope that Apple Coconut Point will address/review this unfortunate event and retrain her. She was an extremely poor role model for the other employees and I hope they dont treat other customers like me as badly as I was just treated. Apple Coconut Point- please address this "manager's" behavior. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
