- DMDebra MayeaOct 6, 20261.0Was far from satisfied with this place. Vet Tech was not nice at all. They took my Chihuahua away from me in lobby for well over a half hour. Never took me to a room or let me see my little sick fella, just brought him out and handed him to me. NOT HAPPY. in 2 visits it cost me $600.
- JSJennifer StoryOct 3, 20261.0So this place advertised free exam and a parasite dose; I decided to make an appointment and have my dog examined and get pricing on lab work. They ask that you be there 10 minutes prior to the appointment, I waited 40 minutes and never seen the vet, only the tech. Got up and left, free because they have poor customer service.
- KAKevin AnthonySep 4, 20265.0after calling a bunch of places the price every other place gave me to do diagnostics would be outrageous, i called VCA Edgewater and they were much more accommodating. not only did they hold off on some tests that others said would be necessary but they even worked with me a little on the price of the services they did. not only are we happy with everything they could offer today but this may help us not have to put our dog down
- JJJAug 18, 20265.0Great experience getting our cat Ronins teeth cleaned and one removal. Their office was easy to contact and detail oriented. Everyone was kind and they did a great job with our cat. Highly recommend, we have used other Vet offices in the area and VCA was the best experience so far. Prices were very fair.
- RKRobin KannAug 17, 20261.0I was going to be five minutes late, so I called to get a heads up and that would have thrown me too late for my appointment. The lady at the other end of the phone could’ve cared less if I brought my dog in, definitely not customer service oriented or concerned about animals. I won’t waste my time.
