  I had an older Trek bike. Like 25 years old. I wanted to get it fixed up for my son as it use to be mine. The bike frame was in great shape but tubes, shifters, brakes and chain were a mess. I decided to take it here because that type of bike is their speciality. They were friendly and told me what it would cost up front. They checked it out and gave recommendations. They told me a time frame that it would be finished. The did a tune up, replaced a bunch of parts and it was ready 2 days earlier. They also called me to tell be that they couldn't save the original shifters and that I would need to replace them. I picked up the like and it worked as good as new. My son was extremely happy and it shifted like butter. I would recommend them!

  Noah rocks!!! Today I was riding on the Pinellas trail when I had a major problem with my bike. I was about 1/2 mile from the Dunedin store. Noah fixed the bike by replacing a damaged part and I went on my merry way and had a great ride to Tarpon Springs and back. Noah has helped my wife and I many times. Great service always provided. Thanks Noah!!!!

  I was greeted with a friendly technician. He promptly put my bike up on the rack to give it a quick test. He gave me a quote, two different options, within 5 minutes. He did stop for about 2 minutes to check out a customer which was very courteous towards the other customer and I did not have a problem with that. Common occurrence. He continued with my estimate, told me it would be done in 2 days, it was completed the next day. I showed up and the bike looked like brand new, ran as smooth as silk, and the price was exactly as he had quoted even though he had done more than the quoted price allowed. I would highly recommend Trek bikes in this location, as the technician, Noah, was very nice ,knowledgeable and efficient with my time. Five stars, and I will go back and I will send other people if they need servicing.
