  Came in there a few days ago with Jason too buy a phone wasn't too sure what I wanted but he made the decision a lot easier and was very helpful and highly recommend him thank you cricket and Jason for the great service!

  I had an excellent experience at Cricket Wireless thanks to Jason! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Jason went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. His friendly and professional attitude made the whole process easy and enjoyable.   I’ve been a Cricket customer for a long time, and I always noticed that the store used to change managers frequently. However, my experience at Cricket Dundee has been completely different with the current manager. She is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She even gave me her phone number in case I needed anything, which truly shows her dedication to customer service. You can really see the difference her leadership makes in the store. I highly recommend stopping by this location and asking for Liz (if I’m not mistaken, that’s her name). Excellent service and a great experience overall.
