- MPMecy PortilloJul 12, 20261.0I wasted my time coming here. I asked for my account to be verified because another Cricket location told me something different, and the employee refused to even check. Dismissive attitude and terrible customer service.

- JPJoziah PerezMay 13, 20265.0Came in there a few days ago with Jason too buy a phone wasn't too sure what I wanted but he made the decision a lot easier and was very helpful and highly recommend him thank you cricket and Jason for the great service!
- CPCarmen PerezJan 21, 20265.0I’ve been a Cricket customer for a long time, and I always noticed that the store used to change managers frequently. However, my experience at Cricket Dundee has been completely different with the current manager. She is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She even gave me her phone number in case I needed anything, which truly shows her dedication to customer service. You can really see the difference her leadership makes in the store. I highly recommend stopping by this location and asking for Liz (if I’m not mistaken, that’s her name). Excellent service and a great experience overall.
