  I ordered a Sylvox outdoor TV from Best Buy a few months ago. The order process was very smooth and the salesman was very knowledgeable. I have enjoyed my outdoor TV for football season last year and am looking forward to it this year.

  I need Cipher at the Destin location to get a raise RIGHT NOW! That kid is outstanding and has the best customer service I have ever seen at Best Buy. His enthusiasm and passion for his job is awesome! A+++

  I can't say enough about Eli. Wonderful customer service, personable and so knowledgeable about all the products in store. If you need ANY help ask for Eli. I had an I-Pad issue, took it to Chance at The Geek Squad, Chance took care of everything. We bought a new I-Pad he transferred the old to the new. So helpful and knowlegeable about anything tech. What a great experience at Best Buy today!

  We were at Best Buy today, and we were helped by Eli. He was a great employee who really took the time to assist us. He had a lot of patience while we were making our decision and asking many questions about the membership. He carefully explained everything to us and tried to politely help us understand what it was for. He genuinely did his best to explain everything clearly and help us with our purchases. Thank you so much we’re happy to be part of Best Buy.

  This is a shoutout specifically for SARAH, who is the Verizon rep for this location. She is incredible and went above and beyond to help me get a promo correction done for my Verizon account. When I told her I was having issues with my recent trade-in, she could have easily told me to kick rocks, but instead of letting me fend for myself and deal with calling Verizon directly, she took the time to make the call herself.. not once but twice!! :O I'm truly appreciative for her assistance and impressed with her level of service! 10/10, would come back to get Verizon help from Sarah <3 To her manager: bro please get this woman some business cards.
