My dog saw them many years, now through the end of life, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without the amazing staff and doctors. Any time we had something come up, they made every effort to see us, even on what I know are packed days. They were always supportive of the choices I made for my dog’s care, never pushing to sell more or perform unnecessary treatments. And for the appointment you never want to make, they met us with the highest amounts of compassion & care. Simply the best.

I took her into VCA DeLand Animal Hospital thinking the staff would figure out the problem, and prescribe a Rx. Turned out to be cancer and couldn't be treated. I had to make an on the spot decision to take her home or let her be put to 'sleep'. Obviously I had to choose the latter. The doctors and staff were super kind, understanding and patient. I appreciated them. So, here a year later, I'll be introducing my new pet, Sweety to this amazing place for continual care.

The staff and doctor were so very kind and compassionate. The vet gave us her findings and gently helped us review her findings and make the best decision for our 14 yr. old furbaby. The whole process was so kind. When we picked up his remains they had cards and momentos for us. What an amazing staff and vet hospital.
