    Don't even waste your time coming here i had a appointment made through apple care and was informed that it would be their discretion wether my phone would be repaired or if the phone was not fixable and just needed a replacement. I get there and they are completely useless they didn’t even check my phone or anything they wanted to order a battery and a back screen without even running a diagnostic on the phone. Noah i don't know if its the manager specifically told me that it’s a Saturday and basically they were not gonna help me at all so unprofessional.So i wasted 1 hour drive and still did not know what was wrong with my phone because they never even ran a diagnostic test. I went to apple the next day the tech connected to a computer and saw that the logic board was not responding in 10 minutes i had a brand new phone and he figured what was wrong with the phone. Long story short save your time they are a joke. A complaint was also filed with apple a company that they partner with.

    If I can I would put a 0, had an appointment at 1:20 and I arrived early but saw Andrew was taking his sweet time getting threw his tasks so me AND the other customer waiting with me left. I came back I don’t know half an hour later and he was just flirting n chatting up having a good time like his job don’t matter. Finally he checked me in and I sat down. While waiting there was a list showing names… I was waiting patiently Andrew by the way STILL ain’t doing nothing in the corner of my eyes… anyways I went on waiting waiting waiting my appointment time been past then someone who I just saw recently walk up got called up. There appointment was highlighted on the screen they said the name I heard it n it said 1:30 mine was at 1:20 n I’m pretty sure they told me I was the next one up. I was waiting so long my name completely cleared off the list. Mind you many employees was just standing around looking (Andrew just goofin off yall pay him too much) then I finally got saw after n hour. Why it take the dude 5 minutes to get me out the chair. If I was that quick n I’m “apple support priority” why the hell did it take over an hour+ past my appointment time to be seen. Embarrassing. N when I got back I said my name which I told them when turning in my phone and it ended up having my moms name. I said my mom’s name n the same people who took my phone refused to give it to me. Andrew was no where to be found probably on his break which he don’t need, need to fire him n hire me if that’s all he do is flirt with old ladies and act like he’s working to not get screamed at which I don’t even think there’s a “boss” cus everyone’s slacking off. WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRR will go to any other store but this one 🙏😭

    Huge shoutout and thank you to Charles from the Geek Squad!! I brought in my MacBook after spending an entire day with Apple tech support and trying everything. Charles was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Thanks to his incredible expertise and patience, I walked out less than an hour later with my device completely restored and working better than ever. I cannot thank you enough Charles!!!!

    These guys installed our 98” tv 9 months ago. The tv is now tilting off the wall. They said they would charge $379 to come fix it. Absolute amateurs.
