Don’t bother making an Apple appointment, waited 45 mins twice this week to tell me they can’t make a repair without Apple care in less than 30 seconds. Won’t be buying from this location, nothing in stock, no one is helpful.

I made a purchase, upon delivery, there had been a slight mix up which took a considerable amount of time and patients to resolve. I'd like to thank Danny for his true professionalism and preserverance. Danny went above and beyond to satisfy me with a very reasonable resolution. I had a fantastic experience at this Best Buy! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. Great selection and decent prices – will definitely be back for my tech needs!
Decent selection of electronics and helpful staff who are generally knowledgeable about their products. I did find the checkout process a bit slow during my visit, which was frustrating. Overall, it's a good spot if you need tech, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
None a single employee offered to help for over 20 minutes. Even though standing directly in the center near the phone area, ready to buy a phone. Ended up meandering around the store for a little bit and decided my money was spent better elsewhere. Also, when calling customer service, it is an AI agent that will not let you speak to the store directly. Will only transfer you to a "live" agent (which im pretty sure is just another large language model AI agent, that is not even on-site. This store and bestbuy has really lost the human component to customer service. Shows in the employees which couldn't be bothered to give you the time of day.
