I arrived to Best Buy around 4:00pm today to purchase a desktop, they were really unprofessional standing around making jokes instead of helping customers. After standing behind 3 employees they finally asked me if I needed help, so I showed the person the item I wanted from my phone, guy was clueless and pointed to 2 other computers… I was like sir I’m pretty sure those aren’t the ones lol, he’s like okay let me check my computer. Then passed me on to someone else who then also asked for the product, I showed him
And he legit walked away… I waited around and he came back holding the box, I looked and said I think this is the wrong one, he said oh, I got the wrong one, then now said he would be right back… I waited for like 8 minutes if not more for the second return and decided to just leave. I didn’t feel confident in my purchase at this location and having to wait about 45 minutes overall. Not saying we have to be perfect but can we maybe know the correct box lol.

Went in to trade in my watch that Best Buy online offers $90, but after struggling with an associate, another manager associate I guess named Ava/Eva, started the process and said $40 trade in. ????
I questioned her about it showing that BestBuy.com shows $90 and my device is in good condition, she just said, that's what the system showed??? But yet they were having a hard time finding the information. Nooooooo interest as of my being there is disturbing them from being so busy. There are more blue shirts in the store than customers.
This is why I no longer deal with Best Buy,
They advertise something but then they don't bother to check correctly.

I ordered a 3-D printer last week. Yesterday was when I was supposed to receive it in the app and in your emails. You barely get any details as to what’s wrong and what’s holding up the process. I tried to call the store directly, but Best Buy decided that it’s best for them not to have customers be able to contact the store directly so any number you find links directly to their online customer service which I’m assuming is helpful for most things but not helpful when you’re stressed out about not getting the order that you want that was promised to you for a specific date. On their end, they are very limited (according to them) on what they can do and don’t have any way of communicating with the store, which is insane in today’s day and age. This is the most horrible Customer Service experience I’ve ever experienced. I feel like I’m left in the void where I don’t know what’s going on and my time is very precious and cannot afford to go to the store and gamble to see if it’s there. And then the only remedy at least according to customer services to go to the store and find out if they can find it for you in the back. All I want is my product and cannot do something as simple as call the store directly it’s inquire about what’s going on with my order with the actual store. This has been immensely frustrating and stressful and again I cannot stress with any more emphasis how important my time is and how I cannot go to the store just to check and see if it’s there. This printer is for my business, and this kind of delay is costing me money and wasting precious time that I can be using to further my business.
I am so unhappy with Best Buy. It is horrible what they did to me. I purchased the TV. It came damaged. They immediately replaced it, but then a couple of days later, I noticed that my protection plan was canceled. I tried to put the protection plan back on, and the next thing I know, Best Buy is returning my money for the TV while the replacement is working in my house. An hour later, they're taking the money back from me.
I can't understand why I can't put the protection plan back on. Next thing I know, I look in the Best Buy app, and they have me down as returning both TVs. Therefore, both protection plans were canceled on each TV.
When I called Best Buy, customer service tells me, "We're sorry, but you returned two TVs, so there's nothing we can do." I'm like, "No, no, I have a TV. It's here in my house, and you charged me for it. You gave me the money back, but then you took it back again."
Now I need to get the situation resolved because my TV has no protection plan. Now it's over a week and a half, and I'm still waiting for the situation to get resolved. A terrible, terrible situation on Best Buy's accounting or system that handles returns, exchanges, who has what, and who doesn't have what. I am very disappointed. Because of this, I don't think I'll ever buy anything from Best Buy again. I'd be very careful when purchasing anything online and having it delivered, especially if you have to have it returned and replaced for some reason. Be very careful with these people.

I had been monitoring the availability of a TV in Best Buy's online inventory for four consecutive days. Every day it showed as available, and today it even indicated that it was available for pickup within one hour. Based on that information, I drove 26 miles to this store, only to find out that the TV was not actually available.😡
This should never happen. Customers make decisions based on the inventory shown online, and when that information is inaccurate, it wastes our time, fuel, and effort. Driving such a long distance because of incorrect inventory is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.😮💨
Best Buy needs to ensure that its online inventory is accurate and updated in real time. If an item is not actually available, it should not be displayed as available for pickup. I hope this issue is taken seriously so that other customers don't have to go through the same disappointing experience.
