  Very bad experience with the cashier and the supervisor who came to help with the transaction. I had a gift card and was not able to use it as they didn't know how to scan it. On top of that, the items I bought were on sale for $dollars less than original price. When I went to pay, the cashier said the price is wrong and we haven't changed them on the displays. Mind you, the entire store has "sale" items and pricing was incorrect. Didn't honor the price displayed, said corporate controls that.

  I went in looking for an unlocked phone and I wasn’t expecting much since I was looking for something not attached to a plan, but surprisingly the person assisting us was so nice, best customer service I have ever had in a Best Buy he truly deserve a reward. Yasi was so attentive to me and my girlfriend with every little question we had, he gave us recommendations and offered additional accessories without being pushy or trying to make us get the most expensive thing. He got the case and screen protector set up within minutes. It was my best experience buying a phone 😅 and kind of quick to be honest, straight to the point but still very easy and with excellent customer service 👌 10 out of 5!!!

  I Took my sons Computer to Best Buy geek squad to have it repaired I was quoted one price and when I went to pick it up, I was quoted another price because they told me the parts that were put in went off sale so they had to charge the full priceWorst’s customer service around the store management should be embarrassed and fired!! Very unprofessional with no sense of urgency. I waited 40 minutes for a price over ride And ended up paying the full price and leaving at a frustration. I’ll be calling American Express Centurion, and to challenge these charges.

  We asked an associate where a product was located and then got trapped in a 20 minute sales pitch about joining Best Buy's Reward program. The sales agent continuously tried to upsell us on a more expensive item, despite my wife and I stating that we wanted it for a very specific thing and had no need for a larger capacity. Horrible, pushy experience which is just going to push me to Amazon instead of shopping local.
