  i legitimately could not recommend this place more. from my first phone call with Terri i was met with compassion and help. My dog had not been seeming herself so i wanted another opinion, previous vets left me feeling like i was giving them answers and they just said yes. Terri listened to me and assured me that at the very least i would get some answers with dr hernandez and that was an understatement. dr hernandez was able to meet me with honesty and kindness to give me actual peace of mind and answers to plan for. if we went one route what are the next steps and she went through every option and factor with me. i wish i had more time at this office.

  We came back to VCA with our second dog, Vegas, and once again, we couldn’t be happier with the care we received. Dr. K, Terri, and Kathy were absolutely wonderful—kind, compassionate, professional, and truly caring. They made us and Vegas feel comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. After our experience with our first dog, we knew there was nowhere else we’d want to go. We completely trust the team at VCA and are so grateful for the exceptional care they provide. We wouldn’t want to take our dogs anywhere else! Thank you, Dr. K, Terri, and Kathy,and the rest of the gang for everything you do! ❤️🐾

  VCA Rockcreek has been close to my heart for decades. Terri has been the office manager for as long as anyone can remember. Cathy has been the heart and soul since she became a vet tech nearly 40 years ago. Every doctor has been nothing but exceptional. Every friendly face at the front desk makes you feel safe to leave your fur babies for whatever service they could possibly need. Thank you all for your kindness, care, and grace with Georgia in 2023. Most recently helping my Pumpkin cross the rainbow bridge and the take home momentos crafted with love and care. Cannot recommend this specific office enough to anyone and everyone.

  After today’s visit if I could give zero stars I would! We have been bringing our pets to VCA for more than 14 years. Today we had an appointment for our 13 year old Chihuahua. When we walked in we were told we did not have an appointment quite rudely. I showed her my confirmation email and she told me that we did not have an appointment and she did not know what happened. (we also received a text message confirmation too). She then went to the back to, “speak to the vet” and when she came back she told me again we did not have an appointment no apology no explanation no nothing. Please understand there was no one else waiting. Two people had checked out while I was waiting so I know for a fact at least 2 exam rooms were empty. So, why not honor the appointment? We left so upset. And when we got home I was looking at her VCA profile and there was even an invoice already established for today’s appointment! Makes me feel like they no longer want us as patients! Fine we will take our dog somewhere else! Our confidence in this place has obviously waned. We have been a long standing customer taking 3 dogs here over the span of 14+ years and thousands of dollars spent to be turned away like trash! Why not call us and make an excuse if they no longer want to treat our dog? Or be ethical and state that you no longer feel you can be an effective Dr ? This is such a sad situation. We were hoping to see this through to the end but I guess this will not be the case. We will find another vet moving forward!
