  Do not recommend this place @ all! Very rude & extremely unprofessional. They play the numbers game, turning over as many patients as they can in a day. No bedside manner what so ever. Ended up going to an emergency vet which was amazing w/ their level of care & compassion.

  Doctor and assistant Christine were awesome and the attention to detail and recommendations given helped us tremendously. We definitely recommend coming here.

  My mother’s cat Teka died last January. I can’t tell you how devastated I was that it was so sudden & unexpected & that I couldn’t say goodbye cuz I moved out of state. I was 12 years old when Teka came into my life and I was 24 when she passed. Unfortunately a brain tumor got the best of her and the amount of respect professionalism and empathy this practice gave me and my mother I cannot thank enough. I needed closure and answers for the sake of my mental sanity & well being cuz I was so depressed & devastated that it was so sudden and I couldn’t say goodbye & when I called in January to have the vet call me to give me answers as to what happened to Teka cuz my mother was too devastated to talk about it with me , there was delay in the phone call cuz the vet I think was on vacation or busy but the vet who I can’t remember the name of she got back with me as soon as she could and she was super kind respectful and understanding to my questions and concerns & really lifted a huge fear & potential burden off of my chest. She saved me a lifetime of potential pain cuz I thought I indirectly caused Teka pain by brining another energetic cat into the house. She explained to me in great detail as to how Teka got sick and that it wasn’t my fault. There was literally nothing I could of done. The heartbreak of loosing teka will always be with me but the fact that I have clarity and closure for the rest of my life that what happened to teka wasn’t my fault saved me from severe depression and distress and I seriously can’t thank the vet and the staff at VCA enough for giving me the answers I needed and for also treating my mom with respect as well. Thank you everyone so much , I know Teka passed 10 months ago however apparently this review didn’t post when I wrote it 10 months ago so better now than never I guess

  Hectic ride getting to vet with school buses. Was 9 minutes late and they said we had to reschedule! Not a sole in the waiting room and not aware of the insane one way policy. When they are running late, we wait! Offered to wait and they said no! Plus I had to wait a week to get this appointment! No worry for dog missing meds and would not prescribe until he came in. Beyond frustrating! Time for a new vet.
