  I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. Don’t trust ANYTHING THEY SAY . All they want is a sale and this (Beth) lady lies to make a sale!! Only know her name because she was so proud to say hi I’m Beth the manager. Lady you shouldn’t have locked that little old lady out 5 minutes before you close at 7 pm. I know because I went back for my receipt that she never gave me which I k ow why … she didn’t want me to see that the original reason and phone I went there for was free and cheaper in the end. She actually buster herself and Sadi damn it’s been slow I haven’t sold anything. All she wanted was that one sale for the day. And I’m to the idiot that didn’t stick to my guns and say no I want what I came here for!!! Especially if you are a manager . I get you have kids but you are a manager . She said she had to get out of there to go get her kids wth . She needs to be reprimanded or something . You should read the white story it’s on a couple reviews back lol 😝

  Never go to this store the lady said her name was Beth and she lied and I would NEVER Ssend my worst enemy there… what does that say . I wrote a long review about this place you should really read it before you go there :)

  I decided to write this,. First let me start with I live 19 GPS said from this this store and it a was already 6 pm by the time I got home from work. We got the around 6:30ish. I know, I know someone is going to say it 🤪 why do I let her do that to me. Oh let me go back I called to make sure she had my free upgrade because I stopped at a store on the way home first and they didn't have it. She said her name is (BETH) and she is the (Manager) to come see her and she will hook us up had all kinds of promotions come see her. I call to ask about my FREE upgrade NOT promotions or what she was trying to SELL ME. That should have been my FIRST RED FLAG . So we get there and I keep asking and bringing up my free upgrade, give her my number and a that. While all that was happening she started to talk about some lady that came in that morning and anyway let's say you should keep customer business to the customer. Talking about not making her sales for the day. I myself am a MANAGER so I definitely know that. That's why I couldn't believe I let her do that to me ( sheist me) and my friend was running her mouth blah blah blah lmbo hehe. You know how besties are. Well the lady (Beth) kept saying I got you I got you wouldn't even let me talk. She never once went over ANYTHING and went to the back came out with a phone which I didn't even know she sold me a refurbished Motorola 2024 ( which of course was probably because what they were trying to get rid of. I'm a MANAGER myself so I know how that goes) until after the payment and everything like dumb butt lol. It was because my friend was talking I said what did I do. I can blame it on my friend but it was my own fault I let that lady take advantage of me and that's what makes me mad. The icing on the cake the lady from earlier that day her mother came back in so that she can get that phone taken care of and transferred before they closed she came in probably round 6:40 till she walked back out for some reason. The lady (BETH) was like I want to hurry up and lock the door so this lady don't come back in so I don't have to help her because I have to pick up my kids up. She said she was going to hurry up and lock the door behind us so that she didn't to deal with it. So she hurries and rushes us out the door on everyone I realized she didn't even give me a receipt. Gee I wonder why hmmm ..... . I go to turn around and go back in the store and forgot for a second she locked it lol. I saw the poor lady walking back and she said that her daughter's plain left at 4:00 AM and she wouldn't have a phone now. She didn't know what to do now she said her daughter is here on business.She asked us why she closed early knowing she was coming back in. I couldn't believe it I felt sooo bad. The lady (Beth) she closed the store early just to pick her kids up she closed 5 minutes early 6:55 when it says open to 7:00pm Than you for taking the time to read my book lol :). Hope you have a kick butt day (:

  I am very impressed with the service I got at the drew street cricket. Both young ladies that were in the store today were very knowledgeable, I was in and out of there within one hour, I had to get a new phone and they transferred everything over to my new phone from my old phone very, very impressed. I actually went to the store up in Palm Harbor since it was closer to my house and waited outside for almost 45 minutes for them to open up. Apparently whoever was supposed to work today, never showed up for work, so I drove down to the drew street one and I am very happy that I did.
