  I brought my 2 cats in for earache and shots only 1 got shots and I signed up for the care club ended up still paying over 148 plus 43 each cat. We are moving so I cant take the plan with me so I looked at the stipulations and they said if you move or a cat is no longer with us i paid everything that was owed at the counter. When I was last there, they said there was nothing else owed as soon as I told them that I needed to cancel out my care plan. They tell me that I need to make a payment for a payment that is due and the amount 141.71 she said that this was a balance that was due. How is that even possible? If I stood at the counter and paid everything that was due. That day I am given this veterinarian, a one star. If I could give them those stars, I definitely would. That's absolutely ridiculous, and they're trying to get more money out of me. For no reason at all, i'm going to make sure I post this on every website for reviews. As I told them, I was going to since they wanted to try to charge me for something that don't exist

  I will never go back ! Beware of the prices and ACTUAL care ! Took my pup in for a blood test 300+ and was waiting over an hour for a prescription that’s basically ibuprofen ! Took my cat that has diabetes there as well and was told to “ Fast” up to 8 hours - no food no water and no SHOT - glucose showed it was very high and doctors upped medication- Choose a new vet and they have NEVER heard of a cat having to fast for blood sugar test ! The reason it’s always high is because she doesn’t have her shot ( because she’s “ fasting “) They can’t get correct reading ! So after the upped her dose ( insulin ) she became worse and very wobbly ! All you’re doing is starving your animal for an incorrect reading !!!!! The insulin they prescribed was worse on her liver and kidneys! Was able to get different insulin for our cat that will help her in the longer run ! Beware !

  Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean waiting are as well as clean exam rooms. Reasonable charges.

  Our dog was having severe digestive issues. Everyone from the front desk, technician and vet were so helpful in this stressful situation. We really appreciate all their guidance.
