    Im currently writing this review from the parking lot of Best Buy I want to speak about how great of an interaction I had with Jonathan one of the supervisors in the store. I came into the store as a novice photographer trying to find out more information about lenses and while Jonathan was not able to tell me much about the lenses, he offered to open the case in order for me to try on the different lenses on my camera and allow me to take photos with them After speaking with him, I let him know that the camera I recently purchased was on sale previously and Jonathan was able to confirm my Best Buy membership and was able to price match therefore allowing me to receive $150 refund his customer service skills are impeccable thank you

    Bought 2 Xbox controllers returned them a few days later my refund never came. After 2 weeks I called and customer service said I needed to talk to my bank about it. Turns out she refunded to two different cards that were not mine as it reflects on both copies of my return receipts. One was to a master card and I've never even owned a master card. Not sure how that happened, I should have checked on the spot but didn't realize it til later? But it's either file a claim through my bank or I'm out 100$. I except to get jacked in the street but by Best Buy? Realized why I never shop there in the first place next time I'll just wait the 2 days for Amazon delivery never had a refund problem with Amazon once. Best buy can keep it. You're gonna need it when you end up like radio shack.

    Purchased a 83” LG OLEF B5 tv ($2300), LG soundbar($250) and a My Best Buy membership. I was told when I bought the tv that the wall mount came with it and I told the reps Jesse with LG and Dre with BB that I planned on mounting on the wall. When I opened the tv there was no mount and just legs. I went back to BB and spoke with Jesse, kept telling me the tv I bought doesn’t and I showed him BB website saying it did. He called over a manager who both began to discuss the price difference between the B5 and G5 and that is why I didn’t receive a mount. They gave me tons of push back for something their website says is included and what they said. I’ll be returning the sound bat and cancelling my membership. Crazy they would give me a hard time o er a $100 mount , that I was told was included, when I just spent over $2900 at their store.

    My husband and I stopped by today for a watch and glasses . As soon as we walked to the apple side 2 men were talking in black shirts and they noticed me and stopped talking immediately and asked if I needed help. They got someone for us and here comes Gabe….. This guy was such a gentleman and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and was able to help us get what we needed. Thank you Gabe for being very helpful and nice. Keep up the great work 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

    CAUTION!!! This Best Buy snuck in an annual antivirus subscription to my computer purchase for $49.99 a year without my knowledge or consent. When I caught them, they refused to refund my money and claimed that I must have agreed to it. However, when I asked them to show me proof that I agreed to it, they were unable to provide any such proof. Instead, they just changed their story and started claiming that I was "verbally" told about this subscription at the time of purchase and would have had to hit "yes" on the kiosk (total lie). I had to dispute this with my credit card to have it refunded (they agreed with me). Don't give Best Buy your credit card number! Use cash! Or better yet... just go elsewhere!
