  I had the worst experience ever I have been a long time customer since first apple phone…/ my phone broke which I pay for apple care every month this is awful since for some reason it did not switch to new phone not by my fault at all the rep helping was awful instead of helping me personally she kept going to other customers and leaving me in store crying and the manager did nothing to even try to help the situation and apple did nothing even have the I phone pro max 17 not even in stock left loyal customer crying walking out store I had to walk to Att and purchase a new phone UNACCEPTABLE I HOPE LEADERSDHIP READS THIS GOOGLE REVIEW IM VERY DISAPPOINTED DISATISFIED CUSTOMER

  I took my daughter in for an Apple Care claim after her phone had some water damage and started heating up while charging. I have been to other Genius Bars and expected to be there for hours, but they got started not long after signing us in, and we left with new phone in hand and with all data transferred within an hour.

  When I originally looked at the reviews for this Apple store's servicing I was worried that I would experience a long wait time or rude associates, but I had the complete opposite experience. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 3pm to have my phone serviced and upon arrival I was immediately greeted and checked in and told where to sit so I could be assisted. Maybe 15 minutes later someone came over to check my issue and was able to start the repair process and talk me through my options. Then a service technician came over and explained to me the cost of the service and that my phone would be ready in an hour. Once they have your phone you are not required to stay in the store and can pick up your phone at your convenience. It took maybe 30 minutes for them to take my phone and for me to be able to leave. When I went to pick up my phone it was an easy process and went smoothly. I was in and out within 15 minutes and the associate even helped me purchase the AppleCare plan, so in the future if something else happens to my phone I won't have to pay as much. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the associates who helped me, but as I was in the store I noticed every associate was attentive and helpful to all of the customers. Highly recommend coming on a weekday earlier in the day, because when I picked up my phone at 4:45pm the store definitely had gotten busier and also recommend making an appointment for the fastest service.

  I meet Robby he was super friendly and professional. He helped us to set up an appointment with the technician team and explained all the issues.
