  Not trying to be dramatic, but I’m pretty sure I waited over 30 minutes to an hour just to be told I couldn’t purchase a phone with cash. I specifically told Jacob, the employee assisting me, that I only had cash, and he assured me that it shouldn’t be an issue and that he was pretty sure it was possible. He could’ve easily double-checked, gone to the back, or even asked another employee to confirm whether purchasing a phone with cash was an option before having me wait all that time. Instead, I got all the way to checkout just to be told otherwise. Had I known this from the beginning, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I just wish the proper information had been communicated upfront, especially when a simple confirmation could’ve prevented this entire situation.

  I am officially no longer an apple customer. Despite me having a warranty on both my air pods AND my apple pencil, you guys still denied me and ushered me off due to the store being packed to the brim. I will be purchasing Samsung products from here on out. Good job!

  I setup appointment with customer service for screen repair and speaker under apple care after waiting one hour and a half they give me this answer we don't have enough technicians tonight and also we can't replace the speaker because it pass the test!! what funny answer !!you can run music to see how bad the speaker is... they do low level diagnostic same as the low professional service there. Will never back.

  Ok first off I never go to the Apple Store bc it’s too overwhelming with all those people BUT I happened to check and see if they had the new Duo & to my luck I got the last one! I was lucky to be helped by Nikki & Jim, the “Duo” you’d never expect. They were super chill and happy to help me jump through some technical difficulties. 10/10 experience, might go back just for ghits and shiggles. (FYI this was a business purchase so it’s a business 5 star)

  If I could leave a review with no stars I would. The experience was TERRIBLE. I came to upgrade my watch & basically ended up doing everything myself. Theodore is of no use. The manager that stepped in is just as bad. It took almost 2 hours to get my new watch set up RIDICULOUS the manager was so uninterested once she paired the new watch with my iPhone she unpaired it and almost closed out my transaction without applying my trade in. The employees are more interested in mingling with each other instead of focusing on customers. I’ll NEVER come back here. Apple International is a further drive but I had an amazing experience there when I upgraded my iPhone. Buying an Apple product is supposed to be a great experience not a frustrating process. I’ll NEVER go to Apple Brandon again!!
