  They sure love wasting time. I scheduled a battery appointment, and then no one spoke to me for over 30 minutes. I was sitting next to a guy there for the exact same thing—he had the exact same phone as me, and they didn’t even have his battery in stock. Just freaking wonderful. They really need to figure out their repair system; it's all over the place. I noticed the people getting the most help are the ones buying new products.

  Careful with this place, I was just robbed thru the phone. After staff scanned for my purchase, a charged just showed up on a credit card that I didn’t even use there nor for any purchases in/for Apple. The charge was disguised as Apple from CA. Yes, I know HQ is there but I didn’t buy from there.

  The Brandon store is phenomenal. I recently purchased a new iPad and had a great experience in store. A few days later needed assistance with repair on another device and went to the Apple at International Plaza as it was closer - however they were of no help in assisting with my issue and was told to call Apple Support. I immediately took the drive to Brandon and the manager Rachael was amazing. She was quick to find a solution and assist with my repairs. Everyone I interacted with at the Brandon store was friendly and helpful, and it’s easy to see that they’re led by someone who has the same approach. Well done Eve and Rachael, thank you again!

  Si quieres estresarte y perder el día completo puedes pasar por aquí, luego de esperar más de una hora para que llegue tu turno prepárate a esperar una hora más para que te atiendan. Yo diría que se enfocan más que todo en las ventas, pésima atención al cliente cuando se dan cuenta de que necesitas ayuda con tu teléfono por la razón que sea. En determinado momento pensé que era porque la tienda estaba llena pero al mirar con detalle me percaté de que habían muchos en mi misma situación, personas mayores incluidas, llega el momento que te desesperas. Cuando al fin te atienden ese dependiente te busca a otro, se va a las puertas de atrás, el que se quedó atendiéndote te responde muy cordial ya regreso. Al rato lo ves pasar pasar con una merienda por supuesto para las puertas traseras mientras los otros están desocupados y solo conversan y ríen entre ellos y por supuesto los clientes a esperar porque no fueron a los que ellos pensaban, comprar. Es un desfile de dependientes hacia las benditas puertas en mi opinión a perder el tiempo y esconderse, dan recorridos viendo hacia la entrada cazando las ventas y si tienes otra cosa que no sea eso ahí te quedas. Recuerdo que hace dos años no era así, visitaba la tienda por cualquier motivo fuera compra o otra atención y no era el mismo trato, resolvías y te atendían bien pero realmente en estos momentos es pésimo vicitarlos, recuerde asegurarse de tener todo el día libre antes ir así tenga programada una cita y la mejor disposición de esperar a que lo dejen sentado en la infinita espera.

  I've never had a bad experience in an Apple Store but by far just had the best experiance in an Apple Store I have EVER had. I've never been shown so much care and compassion before like this. John and manager Zachary listened to the situation which I was dealt, and did everything they could to resolve it on their end. Unfortunately, due to what happened previously there was no success. after that was complete, they offered me an amazing deal due to my individual circumstance. Thank you so much to you both and the numerous others like Nichole who helped me with this process smoothly. Loving my new MacBook Neo.
