  I made youtube video on how bad apple customer service is inside their store.. the lady threatened to cancel my repair appointment if I walked out of the store even though I had 2 people in front of me.. this made me not buy their products for a very long time.. I never go to their stores.. i got that bad feeling as soon as this lady started talking to me. omg.

  Incompetent, immature and smug customer "service" employees. Most of them are young boys and girls with zero experience in customer service, manners, or professionalism. Most of them just hang around the store doing nothing, do not answer any questions, and do not know anything about the devices they are selling. ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE STORE, HORRIBLE STAFF.

  If i can give them 0 stars I would because of the amount of unprofessionalism that’s going on. me and my friend went to the Apple Store because she had an cellular issue on her phone first 20 minutes of us getting to our 7 pm appointment there. Our appointment was already pushed back another 20 minutes then as we’re waiting one of the apple workers that are taking care of us. The woman takes my friend‘s phone and takes it in the back for additional 20 minutes without asking or telling why she took my friend’s phone that was open and unlocked for her, after her coming back, she said the diagnostic is gonna take 15 minutes. It takes 25 extra minutes after that, my friend’s phone turns on and there’s absolutely nothing there. All her apps are gone all her data. Everything was erased without her knowledge without any warning or acknowledgment from The Apple worker that was supposed to just fix her cellular problem on her phone. The mall has already closed for us and it’s 830 when our appointment was supposed to be probably a max of 40 minutes, just very unprofessional would not go back. This is ridiculous and now we just have bigger issues and we didn’t even get a step-by-step on how to fix her phone at home. They just told her click a few buttons and just do it at home. Get workers that know how to do their job.

  My experience at the Apple Store in Brandon on the morning of August 1, 2026 was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a retail store. I went in to purchase an Apple Watch, ready to spend hundreds of dollars, and instead of receiving professional service, I was treated with impatience, disrespect, and a complete lack of professionalism. The employee assisting customers at the Apple Watch display around 11:00 a.m. didn’t seem to know basic information about the products she was selling. When I asked about the color of an Apple Watch band on display, she couldn’t even tell me what color it was and seemed confused herself. Even worse than the lack of product knowledge was her attitude. She repeatedly made rude comments about us comparing different watch bands, as if customers shouldn’t be looking at their options before making a purchase. The checkout experience was the final straw. When my payment didn’t go through on the first attempt, instead of calmly asking me to try again, she immediately made us feel unwelcome, as if we should just leave. I tried the payment a second time, and it worked without any issue. There was absolutely no reason for the way we were treated. Apple has built its reputation on premium products and premium customer service, but this employee represented neither. If this is the level of service customers can expect at the Brandon store, management has a serious problem. I don’t remember the employee’s name, but she was the team member working the Apple Watch section around 11:00 a.m. on August 1, so identifying her should be easy. I sincerely hope management reviews this interaction and addresses the unacceptable behavior, because no customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect.
