When I purchased a BYOD SIM card and a refill card with exactly $25 I ran into multiple issues. First the website didn’t allow the 18 digit code for the refill card by preventing me from going past 17 digits typed. When I tried calling every customer service number, I was greeted with a message that I needed to put my existing cricket number to speak to a representative even though it was made clear with the AI representation I was a new customer. I called the store five times and it took them an hour to answer only for them to tell me they can’t help me with my activation and I have to go to the number. When I explained to the lady that I tried and it keeps giving me that message she completely brushed me off and began giving attitude. Personally if you are going to have a store for your customers then the store needs to be able to do everything needed for that customer.

Had a wonderful experience a few weeks ago with the store manager, Whitley she was very friendly and knowledgeable! She made the process so much easier ..She was very sincere with me and the issues that I had . And reassured me that I was in the right place and got me set up with a new phone and everything that I needed. I was scared that I would lose most of my information she She switched everything over for me successfully. It’s hard to find someone with great quality and work ethic .. She’s a keeper! Just wanted to say thank you .

It's like a 3rd world store. Brought my phone back in less than 24 hours because everything about it didn't work. He told me he could not give me my money back to come back later after I left the phone came back later and tells me he still couldn't pay me the money the money cricket owed me i have to go to a different store even though I bought the phone there after he told me to come back. NO Help and cricket tells me I have to bring it back to the store I bought it from
