Be careful if you’re a Cricket customer. Last week, I went to the Bradenton location 4931 14th St W to activate a new iPhone I had purchased. The employee Janet Santana who helped me used my personal information to set up an AT&T account without my knowledge or permission. When I called the store today, the assistant manager was extremely rude and told me to “speak to someone who actually gets paid to hear complaints, that he personally doesn't do that but knows of employees that do" I have been a Cricket customer for over 12 years and have never had an issue until now. Because of how this was handled, I will be canceling my service. I have already obtained the employee's information through research done by myself and a friend and will be filing a police report today.

I must say the color scheme used as a easy way to spot the Cricket Store front. Once inside I was greated by a very friendly smile. It was nice to be treated as a customer and not a "Sign in number" as done in the bigger name stores. The information I was provided was helpfull. I recommend people us Cricket. Tim K : - )
