  Be careful if you’re a Cricket customer. Last week, I went to the Bradenton location 4931 14th St W to activate a new iPhone I had purchased. The employee Janet Santana who helped me used my personal information to set up an AT&T account without my knowledge or permission. When I called the store today, the assistant manager was extremely rude and told me to “speak to someone who actually gets paid to hear complaints, that he personally doesn't do that but knows of employees that do" I have been a Cricket customer for over 12 years and have never had an issue until now. Because of how this was handled, I will be canceling my service. I have already obtained the employee's information through research done by myself and a friend and will be filing a police report today.

  So today is Friday the 10th and I was misinformed originally about the Wi-Fi being $15 a month for 12 months and I signed up for it just to find out that it’s $50 a month and when I tried to confront via telephone and employee, his response Was"I’m just a representative" And then proceeded to hang up on me. I’m doing everything in my power to find out who this man is because it’s obviously on 14th St. and I’m pretty sure that’s the same location that my deceased father-in-law got the service from. If I don’t get some kind of Compensation or at least an apology from these people I’m gonna raise hell higher than you can ever imagine. He wouldn’t give me his name while the. Original woman, I didn’t get her name but he hung up on me when I asked him for his. It went from $15 a month to 55! And then he had the nerve to tell me he’s just an employee and doesn’t give a crap and hung up.

  My Lady's cellphone needed replacement. We did some online research and decided to visit our local Cricket. The staffers were professional and polite, and made it simple for her to select a great new phone, service and phone protection plan. They transferred her cell number from the prior provider, and set up the new phone. I recommend you give them a try at the 4931 14th Street West location (Unit C) in Bradenton FL 34207. David Conklin

  Today I went to the store and the salesman Carlos was present and he has no ethics or manners when dealing with customers. We went looking for an iPhone 16, the one on display was a large size, we decided to take 2 with all the accessories for large phones, the phones were paid for and the payment was made for the line activation when they were taken out we noticed that they were not the same size as the one on display it was said that it was not the one that was being ordered because it was not the same one that they never explained to us that the one outside was not the same as what they had for sale. We said that we did not want to take it that he should hold it because it did not match what we had seen. Said worker got excited and said that it was not his problem and that he did not have to specify anything that there were cameras in the store and that we had to take the phones that it was neither his money nor his problem. We tried to come to an agreement and the only thing he did was repeat the same words and in a very bad manner. I asked him if I could contact the boss, which he didn't let me do and he said that we didn't have to talk to anyone. He was so bad and didn't want to help us that I had to call 911 after they went and then he agreed to cancel the contract, which from the beginning would not have gone to that extreme if his attitude had been different because he could have done it perfectly without any problem, we lost the money for the reactivation of the lines on those phones and we didn't get to buy.
