  Better than my PREMIUM phone provider. I have one to two bars in my house using Spectrum which rides on the Verizon network. I miss more calls and it has been horrible since I've been here. I went out and got a Cricket phone and I have two three or four bars at all times and don't miss any calls. By the way Cricket is half the price.

  Make sure to see jonathan. He is very efficient, transfers your data as long as you know your passwords, and make sure you get all the accessories you need! He offers financing if you need to finance the phone on higher-end devices, and he will order a phone for you if it is available and can stock. He is the reason that I switched from another company, and I can't recommend him enough!!!

  Fraudulent and Useless. I tried to give them a second chance and was hugely disappointed. Couldn't upgrade a phone. The simplest of things. Twice! Rude unknoledgable help. When the lady finally was upgrading she insisted my card wasn't working so I called my card holder in the store who said there was no issue and the card had no recent charges even trying to be processed. She suggested I go get cash from the atm and give her the money.. then it might work. Insane!!!

  Jake is great! Love the customer service! ☝I never left this review, Jake did when he was setting up my phone. I almost let this slide but my phone has not worked properly since hook up and online customer service is terrible. 10 days and still don't have a phone that works properly. Poor customer service and breach of privacy, I guess you get what you pay for.
