  Heads up the customer service line & the checkout line are the same so you could be stuck waiting behind people taking 20mins plus to resolve an issue while you try to make a simple purchase

  This Best Buy is the only one in Palm Beach County that brings an IKEA near you. It's a 1,000 square foot showroom that has kitchen displays, walk in and reach in closets, and TV modular consoles. It complements Best Buy well with this new shop in a shop concept. They take walk ins and appointments. If you're serious, bring pictures and measurements with you so they can serve you especially for kitchens and closets. You can always place an order for anything IKEA carries with their salespeople as well and have it delivered to you or have it delivered to Best Buy for pickup typically within 1-3 days from the date of purchase. Same goes for orders you place online on IKEA.com, you can choose to pickup within this Best Buy location. Check them out. The IKEA and Best Buy employees make a great team and partner.

  I bought 2 smart bulbs from Best Buy online without them stating that it is a THIRD PARTY VENDOR. I only found that out when I tried returning 2 of them at the Best Buy Store in Boynton Beach. They refused to take them back within 3 weeks EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A BEST BUY PLUS MEMBERSHIP!! I bought them 4/17/26 so it was like 3 weeks later unopened. With the Plus Membership you should have 90 days to return them.I have bought at least $7000 the last year worth of products and if is they way they treat their customers I will no long be buying from them. Will buy from Amazon from now on.

  Yesterday, my wife and I purchased a Sonos Arc Ultra and the Sonos Sub 4 subwoofer. We had our hearts set on a Bose system, but the gentleman who helped us let us hear how those 2, and the Sony version, sounded and we were blown away by how good the Sonos was. Just got finished setting it up and couldn't be happier. I forgot the guy's name who helped us, but it was at 3:44pm on 4/25/26 if that helps give him the recognition he deserves.

  Started out great spent $30,000. On big TVs new sound systems for each TV, Sonos speakers through out the house a computer and printer all with a two year warranty After a community wide outage the community WiFi TV and power was restored in about 10 hours My home never came back up Nobody can come for over a week to look at it they want $ in advance ( when you set up the appointment) Not good to wait 10 days when the entire house is down ! Not acceptable elevated to supervisor nobody cares Recommendation -is to hire a hi end audio company these guys are a joke and unprofessional
