We went to our local metro who said, "OH, it's a virus, I can fix it for $50 CASH ONLY" My husband's NY bullshit radar went up and he walked out. He then went to Cricket nearby, (Sandalfoot Plaza) and GABRIEL listened to the problem, asked for the phone, and in 4 MINUTES, IT WAS FIXED!!! FOR FREE!!! (Turns out the talkback mic was ON) What a pleasure to meet a person whose mission is to help me, not rip me off!! We will be switching to Cricket as soon as my phone is eligible (it's too new). THANK YOU, GABRIEL! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!
