  Bought this Samsung dishwasher (model DW80US) a little over a year ago, and honestly it has been a nightmare since day one. The unit never worked properly. Samsung warranty sent technicians out FOUR different times trying to fix it, and the dishwasher still never worked correctly. Now the unit completely stopped working. What makes this even more frustrating is that I specifically bought one of Samsung’s most expensive dishwashers because I believed I was paying for quality. Big mistake. I’ve also had issues with Samsung refrigerators and even my Samsung TV freezing and malfunctioning. At this point, I truly feel these products are built to fail right after the warranty period so customers are forced to buy extended warranties or replace the units after only a couple of years. I was about to spend almost $4,000 more on a matching Samsung stove, but after this experience, there is zero chance I will buy another Samsung appliance again. Best Buy should seriously reconsider pushing these products because customers should not have to buy extended warranties just to make it past the first year. Stay away from Samsung appliances.

  We purchased a washer and dryer from Best Buy online, with delivery and installation completed on May 1, 2026 by their partner CTSI. Unfortunately, the washer hose was not properly secured, and the first use caused a leak that flooded our laundry area. Thankfully we were home to catch it—otherwise this could have caused serious damage. I would strongly recommend double-checking all connections, as the installation quality in our case was disappointing.

  The person in Geek Squad was able to help me quickly with something that I did not know how to fix up on the PC that I got from you years ago. I might schedule an appointment for assistance with an older printer that was obtained a long time ago. The gentleman who helped me select the PC from you several years ago was also wonderful. I have had other good experiences with Best Buy in Boca as well. Thank you!
