    I actually had never been in an Apple store before I need to help with my iPhone and the people at the genius bar were very helpful My only issue is that my appointment was at 4:00 and they were so busy that they only took care of me until 5:00 but when they did I had all their attention for about 45 minutes and I really appreciate that

    I had a scheduled service appointment at this location and the experience was disappointing. I checked in five minutes before my appointment, but no one came to assist me until 25 minutes after check-in. After my device was taken in for service, I was given an estimated completion time, returned near that time, and was told the work was not finished and to come back in ten minutes. When I returned, the employee at the pickup counter could not locate my service in the system, even after I confirmed my name and clarified that it was a repair pickup. He called for a manager, but after about 15 minutes no manager had come, and he continued checking out other customers rather than stepping away to find one. When I asked him to point out a manager so I could speak with one directly, he declined and told me to be patient. I eventually located a manager myself by asking employees around the store. That manager found my completed service in the system right away, and the staff who then helped me were courteous. Even so, a routine appointment turned into hours at the store with long waits and poor coordination. For a brand positioned as premium, this fell well short of what I expected.

    This store desperately needs more competent employees. I came in for a simple AirPod diagnostic. I waited over an hour and saw many people arrive after me get helped. Why make an appointment if we don’t get helped during our appointment time? After asking multiple times what was going on, it seems that no one wanted to actually assist me. We spoke to what seemed to be a manager to finally get someone to come over. Only to be told there wasn’t much they could do with my issue in five minutes. They take the care out of the customer care. This Apple Store trip was truly a waste of time and as an Apple customer for decades now, it was honestly appalling.

    🍎📲💡💻🍏 It seems that even getting answers to basic product questions often requires making an appointment, which can be a little frustrating. That said, there’s always something exciting about picking up a fresh new “i” product and continuing to take another bite out of Apple culture. Once you have what you came for, it’s easy to remember why so many people keep coming back.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Shanell, one of the managers, regarding a complex issue that required escalation. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and care she demonstrated throughout the entire process. She handled the situation efficiently, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth.
