  DO BETTER. This place is horrible. The manager is terrible she lies and is no help. She is also rude. At no point did she demonstrate the problem-solving skills, professionalism, or customer-service mindset expected of a manager. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive, as if we were inconveniencing her rather than seeking legitimate assistance for a covered product. The service technician, Jared, was equally unprofessional. Do not recommend. For the money we pay for apple products they can afford to train staff to be efficient and helpful while maintaining a professional atmosphere!!

  Tanesha demonstrated extremely poor service, and her manager was equally ineffective. They ignored ethical standards and dismissed valid concerns about their faulty warranty. Rebecca, the manager, provided no meaningful assistance.

  Store is super disorganized! Isn’t with an appointment and still had to get in line to sign in and wait. 1) a man was literally masturbating (5/4 3-4pm). I mentioned it to 3 employees and the last one called security! This location was a huge disappointment. I would advise not go 2)My warranty was 4m expired so my problem (AirPod with manufacturer defect) was not solved. Solution was to buy new ones. 🤦🏻‍♀️

  I come here to check out à Mac Pro computer. They don’t have installed Logic Pro? What on earth? This is an Apple app. Now they don’t install certain apps in their computer. How stupid! It’s like going to a car dealer and they telling you that the tires of the car need to be ordered online. There’s no testing the car out. This is so unprofessional!

  The service at this location is dire need of care and attention from Apple. After my fourth visit, a discussion with a manager, and over 24 hour cumulative repair time, I picked up my repaired phone. On my last visit, I spoke to manager John who could do absolutely nothing but tell me, I had to leave my phone overnight. That was after waiting an hour and two previous visits waiting for them to tell me they couldnt repair my battery. I explained I’ve been here twice before to no avail. The delays keep getting longer for a simple battery replacement . He said they’re the busiest store in the US, which I doubt, and seemed to know nothing about handling escalations. He just refused to assist me. After spending a cumulative 3 hours waiting to check in my phone for a simple 1 hour repair, my phones fixed and I’m 1000% cancelling my Apple care. Never again - this store will not get my business. I’ll go out of my way to avoid it at all costs, awful service!
