I went to CHEWY and we were 15 minutes late because of traffic and we were turned away (like they don’t know we’re in Aventura) Immediately, we were greeted wonderfully by the receptionist Miriam, immediately escorted into a room and she even brought us a welcome bag with things for my dog (who doesn’t like free stuff?) On top of that they gave us a dose of the flea medication my dog was on for free since we are new (again… vet giving something away for free already blew my mind) and the nurse and doctor came (the doc was Dr. Vergara and I’m sorry but I do not remember the nurse’s name but very kind young lady) within 15 minutes, saw our dog for her ear issue, did a quick test, prescribed whatever we needed, and we were out the door. They didn’t make us wait in line to pay, they gave us the opportunity to sit in the exam room which is awesome because my dog (and my wife) have social anxiety. (Not sure who has more my dog or my wife) they took my card, came back and presented my receipt in a folder with all the information of what my dog had done that day. On top of that they also have an online Amazon kind of thing where I can get my dogs food and flea medication delivered so I was immediately blown away. I don’t know how the price compares because I don’t care about price - but I care about good old fashioned client service annd good treatment to my dog (and my wife). Immediately I told my wife we were sticking with this vet. No need for putting up with disrespect by Chewy. VCA Aventura I will recommend you to everyone
