  Amazing experience! Andres and Dr.Torres did an amazing job explaining everything to us and finding the right medicine for our dog! Will definitely be our vet for a long time! Really recommend!

  Best veterinary clinic ever!! My kitten Yoshi and I had an amazing experience thanks to Dr.Gabrielle, Andres, and Nellyann!! I am so grateful to find a clinic that shows so much care and attention to our babies and the plan prices are great. Thank you for everything and I can’t wait until my next visit!

  I actually first found out about this place by chance when I met the manager, Nelly, at my job, and I'm so glad I did. The facility is always super clean and the front desk people are always so welcoming when you walk in. They have a cute welcome board in the front, water, coffee, a cute photo area.. so much to treat yourself to while you wait My pet is a nervous pee and pooper… they don’t even let me clean it up they jump up to help it. I feel bad but the fact they are this attentive and don’t even care about it makes me feel less ashamed of my poopypants dog I’m a total neurotic pet owner and I constantly stress over every little thing so I signed up on the plan they have that has unlimited exams, so even if it’s something small that isn’t a real emergency, I can bring my dog in and the exam is covered. The plan doesn’t include nail trims and I learned that the hard way so just a FYI lol One of the times I came in thinking I was just being crazy again, my dog was actually really sick. I saw Dr. B and she didn't brush me off at all they took me completely seriously and did diagnostics right away. The results were pretty concerning, so they kept her for day hospitalization to treat her. I had to go to work, but Dr. B and the team kept me updated the whole day and the communication was amazing. I felt so safe leaving her there. Shoutout to Ariana and Andres who were helping the doctor that day, they were awesome. By the time I picked her up at the end of the day, she looked like a completely different dog than when I dropped her off but in a good way.. She looked like my baby again and Nothing gives me more peace of mind than knowing I can leave my dog with people who genuinely take such good care of her. I know Dr. B told me she is leaving the team soon but I definitely recommend her while she’s here and Dr. Vergara as well I have only seen those two so far, and I have nothing but high praises. They also have 2 other vets and I would be open to seeing them any day but haven’t had an experience with them yet so I can’t attest, but I am sure they are GREAT like everyone else I took forever to write this review but I just told my friend about this place and gave high praises and said YA KNOW I did promise them I would leave a review! So here it is team! You all are amazing and clearly love what you do Seriously love this place!

  Me considero una persona extremadamente exigente al momento de buscar un lugar donde atiendan a mi mascota, me fijo en el mínimo detalle como tienen la recepcionistas como es la persona que te atiende. En este caso la Doctora como son las personas que están alrededor de la de la persona que atiende mi mascota, en este caso, la doctora o el doctor también miró el lugar si está limpio o no está limpio, es decir, soy muy muy exigente y en verdad encontré este lugar porque tengo una clienta que acaba de venir de Nueva York y me lo recomendó como un lugar extremadamente bueno y al principio fui un poco desconfiada porque lo que ella me había dicho era demasiado bueno y dije bueno déjame probar y en verdad superó las expectativas nunca me habían dado un regalo de entrada y me dieron un regalo obviamente para mis bebés Peludos, pero un recibimiento increíble. Cada empleado que trabaja en ese lugar es empático, educado, podría decir que el personal está bien entrenado la persona que te atienden. En este caso, la Doctora se toma a pecho. Su paciente la manera como ha atendido mi Perritos 😁 como los trataba, tengo una perrita que acaba de de dar a luz y como ella trataba a la perrita en lo cariñosa luego a los bebés me encantó me encantó. De hecho el día que llevé los bebés me dijo cerré mi semana con un día muy especial y eso para mí me hizo el gran día. En verdad estoy muy contenta. Con este lugar lo recomiendo encarecidamente tengo seis perros los voy a empezar a llevar a mis seis perros. De hecho tengo cita para la semana que viene lo voy llevando de dos en dos, porque imposible llevarlo los seis porque mis perros son tremendos pero estoy muy contenta. Con este lugar. Recomiendo a la doctora Torres para los que no hablan muy bien inglés ya que ella te explique minuciosamente todo lo que necesitas saber y esto lo enfatizo porque muchos veterinarios van están contigo 2-3 Minutos y ya después Goodbye en el caso de esta Doctora, en verdad se tomó el tiempo yo diría que estuvo conmigo casi 35 minutos y también puedes coger un seguro ya que ellos te ofrecen una cuestión que es como un seguro y eso va a ser que al momento de pagar las vacunas. En verdad siempre vas a pagar menos por el Seguro. Realmente estoy contenta si pudiera darle 10 estrellas le daría 10 estrellas, pero creo que sólo me permite dar cinco, pero en verdad daría 10 estrellas es un lugar excelente, lo recomiendo al 100%

  Wow - VCA Aventura exceeded my expectations from start to finish . Max who took our appointment was so patient & gave us ALL the info I needed even when it entailed me calling back multiple times to bug him he was so thorough & patient & got us in same day . Andres our tech was so calm & really went above & beyond for me & my girl - Mazzy who is pretty reactive while also a bit of scaredy doggo. He went above & beyond to make us feel seen & for Mazzy to feel safe . Now Dr . Bruggeman was the absolute best Vet I’ve ever encountered seriously ! As a dog mom & having worked in the vet profession I can truly say she was the best I’ve met . She was so so patient , gentle , understanding & Mazzy really took a liking to her ! Everyone seriously went ABOVE & BEYOND for us . It was financially doable for a pregnant single mother , Mazzy felt safe & they were patient letting her warm up to them , they got EVERY worry I had taken care of & we’re even going back in a couple days to finish up because they took her previous history of seizures into account & didn’t want to overwhelm her or her system with too much in one day . I mean they truly exceeded all expectations & brought a huge amount of peace & relief to our life . My girl Mazzy is truly my daughter but it can be very financially & emotionally overwhelming when something goes wrong & instead of leaving there feeling helpless I felt empowered & like my girl was truly well taken care of & like she left in better shape than when we arrived & that’s the goal that’s not usually met unfortunately by other vets . VCA Aventura you guys are truly the best . Dr.B , Andres & Max we thank you so deeply & will never be going anywhere else ! We actually are looking forward to seeing everyone again for Mazzy’s follow up Monday & I think she’ll be so much more relaxed knowing the good hands she’ll be in when we pull up this time . Eternally grateful & 10000/10 recommend this hospital & this team . A++++ 5 Stars ! Thank you 🐾
