  I recently purchased a Dyson product through your website for over $500. Unfortunately, I realized that I had ordered the wrong model, so I contacted Dyson customer service to arrange an exchange while I am still within the return period. I have now gone through your online chat three separate times trying to resolve this. Each time, I was asked to provide the same personal and purchase information to verify my account. After spending time answering all the questions and completing the verification, the conversation would suddenly stop and the chat would end before my issue was resolved. After the third attempt, I simply gave up. I have already spent more than two hours trying to arrange a simple exchange, and I still have no solution. For a product that costs more than $500, this level of customer service is extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am still within the return period and simply want to exchange the model I purchased for the correct one. A process this straightforward should not require multiple chats, repeated verification, and hours of a customer’s time. I expected a much better experience from a premium brand like Dyson.

  Hola hace dos meses para hacer exacto compré la Dyson, a mi esposa la cual estaba muy feliz la Dyson es la nueva version pero es una basura presenta muchas fallas, la traté de venir. Cambiar acá me dijieron que fuera a servicio al cliente fui me la cambiaron y siguió pasando lo mismo pido otra versión y me dicen que no se puede, pido mi dinero de regreso y me dicen que no se puede. No me dan una solución a al problema he perdido dinero, y mi tiempo para nada.. es completamente absurdo alguien más quiere comprarla no lo haga es un robo..
