    I called the Geek Squad had the best service from Ethan inspite of their terrible appointment schedule! I waited 3 hrs but Ethan called me twice because of schedule at 9am he didn't get to my place till around noon, he was very courteous had great customer manners and fix my problem very promptly! 5 Starts to Ethan O Stars to Best Buy Scheduling! 💯💖

    I’ve been shopping at the Aventura Best Buy location for many years, and the customer service there has consistently been excellent. The employees have always been helpful, even when getting frustrated with malfunctions or issues that arise they always help out. As a Best Buy member, they always make me feel valued and appreciated. Today, Joshua Ascon provided exceptional service to me. He was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me fix an issue that no one else could. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we left satisfied. It’s employees like Joshua that keep me coming back to this location year after year. Thank you to Joshua and the entire Aventura Best Buy team for always providing such reliable and welcoming service.

    I wanted to leave a review for Joshua Ascon at Best Buy in Aventura. He was incredibly helpful to both me and my dad today and went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we were having. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience stress-free. We’ve been shopping at the Aventura Best Buy location for years, and the team there has always been amazing when it comes to helping us find what we need and even assisting with fixing any malfunctions or problems that come up. They always make my dad feel valued as a Best Buy member and me as a customer. Joshua especially stood out today with how kind and helpful he was, and we really appreciated his excellent customer service. Thank you to Joshua and the Aventura Best Buy team for always taking care of us!

    My ECOVACS charging dock melted during normal use, creating what could have been a serious fire hazard. What disappointed me most was the company’s response. After multiple emails, the focus was mainly on the product being discontinued rather than addressing the safety issue itself. I was essentially told replacement parts were unavailable and encouraged to look elsewhere for solutions. A melted charging dock is not a minor issue, and the lack of meaningful support completely changed my opinion of this company.

    Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this Best Buy location. I originally came in to have my PC checked for a GPU issue. I was told that if replacement was needed, they could install a new GPU for me. Based on their recommendation, I purchased a GPU in-store and was strongly encouraged to sign up for a ~$200 membership, with the clear promise of priority service and faster turnaround for my repair. However, after dropping off my computer around noon yesterday, I received absolutely no updates the entire day or even into the next day. What’s worse is what happened when I tried to follow up: * On my first call, I was told that my order was NOT even marked as priority at all. It had just been sitting in the regular queue the entire time. Only after I specifically requested it did they change it to priority. * On my second call, the representative was helpful and told me to call back later in the afternoon and that it should likely be ready soon. * On my third call, however, the experience completely changed — the representative was dismissive and unhelpful, simply saying they “don’t know” and telling me to go to the store in person if I want to check the status. This is completely unacceptable. I paid extra for a membership specifically because I was promised priority service, yet that promise was not honored at all. My order wasn’t even set to priority until I had to ask for it myself. The lack of communication, inconsistency in customer service, and failure to deliver what was promised makes this experience feel misleading and not worth the cost. I will be requesting a refund for the membership, as the service I paid for was clearly not delivered.
