    This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any store. I brought in my iPhone 16 Pro Max, which had previously been repaired at this Apple Store, after it suffered another internal failure. Initially, I was told the phone could be replaced with a brand new unit, but none were available in inventory anywhere in South Florida. The estimated wait was 7–10 business days, but because I rely on my phone for work, I decided to trade it in toward a new iPhone 17 instead. After scanning the serial number, I was told the phone was suddenly ineligible for trade-in. To fix the issue, they replaced the logic board and told me to return in about an hour. By the time I came back, I had already been waiting nearly two hours, only to be told I needed to wait another hour for the new serial number to “process in the system.” I returned again an hour later, and the exact same issue remained. Employees admitted it was unusual and couldn’t explain why it was happening, yet I was told to wait another hour. At that point it was already 4:15 PM. I came back yet again, only to hear the same thing and was asked to wait another 30 minutes. What frustrated me most was not just the delay, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and coordination between employees. I was repeatedly passed from one employee to another, with some simply walking away mid-conversation without giving any updates or direction. The only reason I stayed instead of walking out and going to another store was because of Hakeem. He was the one employee who consistently communicated with me, took accountability for the situation, and genuinely tried to help. He even went out of his way to make sure I had a functioning phone to take home after I was initially told the replacement logic board wasn’t even fully usable because it was missing a part. After hours of waiting and confusion, the final resolution was simply to give me back my repaired iPhone and have me wait 7–10 business days for the replacement phone to arrive anyway. I’ve never experienced service this disorganized at any store, let alone a flagship Apple Store. The lack of management accountability, poor communication, and constant runaround made this an incredibly disappointing experience. Hakeem was the only bright spot in an otherwise unacceptable situation.

    I went in ready to buy a specific product, but I was made to wait 30 minutes right in front of it. Then one staff member came to confirm the purchase, and another had to reconfirm it for a third time before I could finally pay and leave. While I was told there was a long queue, I kept seeing several staff members walking around without assisting waiting customers. Very disappointing experience.

    Pesima experiencia. Compre una macbook air 2026. Comence a realizar la copia de mi mac anterior y en la mitad el equipo nuevo pierde wifi. Reinicio todo de nuevo y el equipo nuevo no ve ninguna red. Comienzo a buscar en Youtube y veo muchos tutoriales ( estas falla es comun en estos equipos). Lamentablemente sigo los pasoa del tutorial y no se soluciona. Voy a Apple Store Aventura. Me explican que no la pueden cambiar porque no la comrpe ahi ?????? Es Apple, es nuevo, falla y por lo vistos fallan varias. 3 horas de espera a esperar un tecnico. Me fui. Me quede con un equipo nuevo, vere como lo resuelvo. Pero Apple cada vez mas lejos de sus clientes. Una pena

    Do not go there for help. They focus on selling and do not care to address your problems. You will waste your time. Never accept Julian as an advisor. He is the worst by far. My phone has an obvious problem which over heating. It was never like that before the repaired it the first time. Perhaps they do that so that you end up buying a new one. They refuse to replace it with apple care. Even the manager said that it was a “software” problem and that it had to be updated. Now the phone is updated and the problem persists. They don’t care that the phone actually burns you when it’s charging or right after. I always have to keep an eye on it while it charged to make sure there is no short circuit and something bad happens. Hopefully it won’t melt or ruin any internal components or even explode (which would be an interesting legal case in court. They do not care about your safety, they only want to sell you a new product. It didn’t use to be like this.

    Después de más de una década usando productos de Apple (desde 2010), sinceramente ya no puedo seguir justificando el nivel de ineficiencia que manejan cuando surge un problema real. En esta ocasión necesitaba algo básico: cambiar la batería de mi iPhone 15. Previendo mi viaje, saqué turno con una semana de anticipación desde Argentina para una tienda en el Aventura Mall en Miami. Todo organizado… en teoría. La realidad fue otra. Llegué a mi turno y ya de entrada tuve que esperar 20 minutos para ser atendido. Pero lo peor vino después: no tenían la batería disponible. Increíble, considerando que el turno estaba reservado específicamente para ese servicio. Me indicaron que podía ir a otra tienda, en Lincoln Road, donde supuestamente sí había stock. Eso implicaba perder casi una hora de traslado en pleno día laboral. Aun así, intenté resolverlo más tarde: fui a las 20 hs, dentro del horario de atención. ¿La respuesta? Que sí, tenían la batería… pero que no podían hacer el cambio en el momento. Les expliqué que: * No podía quedarme sin teléfono por mi trabajo * El proceso demora menos de una hora * Me iba de viaje al día siguiente Aun así, la respuesta fue un rotundo “no”. Después de tantos años como cliente, lo que más molesta no es el error puntual, sino el patrón: falta de flexibilidad, cero capacidad de resolver situaciones urgentes y una desconexión total con la necesidad del cliente. Apple vende una experiencia “premium”, pero cuando realmente necesitás soporte, te encontrás con procesos rígidos, mala coordinación y soluciones inexistentes. Sinceramente, estoy cansado. Porque cuando todo funciona, es excelente. Pero cuando algo falla, quedás completamente solo
