Apple customer service sucks! I was there to purchase a new iPhone. Was rejected because they close at 9.30PM and did enough customer in line to attend they couldn’t sell me the new phone, sorry but come tomorrow! SHITTY SERVICE FOR A 1500$ phone! So unprofessional!

La atención de los empleados es espectacular pero la demora es insoportable. Es evidente que contratan poco personal para la necesidad de la tienda. Es insufrible ir a comprar o a reparar ahí. Ojalá contraten más gente para que el servicio esté a la altura de lo que valen los productos

The customer service is terrible! I went in today with my 7-year-old daughter to buy an AirTag; when I entered, there was a group of staff members chatting among themselves—they saw me but didn't help me. I walked to the back to look at accessories until *I* had to call someone over for help. Since I don't speak English very well, I asked why the AirTag price in the app was different; she tried to explain that the item was just a keychain, but I didn't understand. I asked if she spoke English, and she rudely said "NO!" She called over another staff member who spoke Spanish; he explained the difference between the AirTag and the keychain, while the other staff member said something to him in English and laughed. Another staff member came over, and both of them started giggling. Not understanding what was going on, I felt embarrassed. The young man said he would get the AirTag but then stopped to talk to another group of people and ignored me, while the other two kept whispering and laughing. I simply turned around and left. I don't know if you have any customer service training for your staff, but it would be a good idea. I’m upset about the situation because I really need this product. That’s exactly why so many people buy from Amazon online!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at the Apple Store in Aventura Mall, Miami.
During my visit, I was invited to participate in an AI immersion experience and was informed by a member of your staff that the expected waiting time would be approximately 30 minutes. Based on this information, I decided to remain at the store and wait.
Unfortunately, after waiting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes—three times longer than the timeframe I was originally given—I had still received no update or assistance. Concerned about the delay, I approached a staff member to inquire about the status of my appointment.
To my surprise and frustration, I was informed that there was no longer any appointment available and that the experience would not take place.
What is most disappointing is not simply that the appointment was unavailable, but that no one informed me of this during the entire waiting period. I lost valuable time during my trip due to inaccurate information and a complete lack of communication from the store team.
As an international visitor and long-time admirer of Apple, I expected a level of professionalism, organization, and customer care that reflects Apple’s global reputation. Instead, I experienced poor communication, lack of follow-up, and disregard for my time as a customer.
I believe customers should be able to rely on the information provided by Apple employees. Waiting 90 minutes for an experience that ultimately did not exist is unacceptable and falls well below the standard of service associated with the Apple brand.
I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate measures be taken to ensure other customers do not face the same situation. I would also appreciate receiving a response regarding the outcome of this complaint.
