  I usually don’t write reviews but this store is the worst cricket I have been too ever! Couple weeks ago I asked for help to get a screen protector the pregnant lady working was rude. I wasn’t greeted or anything. She always acts snotty. Then the boy there don’t ever know anything they definitely need the old girls back there or new employees. Taking my business elsewhere and I’m definitely letting all my friends know not to go to this location.

  Been a customer for many years, and it just keeps getting worse and worse and worse. It's to the point you can't even stream a song from your phone without it having to stop and load. Customer service is absolutely useless you're always wanting you to reset your phone. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a quality service. I hate to leave but I have to find something where my phone actually works. It sucks so bad even their own app won't load half the time. And it's not like I live out in the boondocks, I live right in the edge of downtown Winter Haven

  The young lady kept giving me a bunch of excuses I was going in there to pay my uncles bill for him but yet she was helping another couple that was there why didn't she tell them the same thing

  This team at this location are very personable and helpful..Jon(if name spelled right sry!) was so helpful through and through..he answered various questions professionally and knowledgeable so its easier to determine which phone is best based on the situation...He mutitask with others and I am very thankful for all the time spent in getting another phone...
