  Honestly, so very disappointed. Been taking my pets there for years and it has been a swinging door of vets minus Dr Burton, who has been only the steady. So many miscommunications and oversights. Definitely not “ treating my pet feel like family. “ Sad to have to find another place, but it’s really heartbreaking to not get the care you feel your fur baby is due.

  An Absolutely Outstanding Experience — Highly Recommend! We cannot say enough wonderful things about VCA Piedmont Animal Hospital. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed, cared for, and in great hands. A very special shoutout to Marie/Maria, a West Indian (I believe) lady on staff who was an absolute gem. My apologies for not knowing the exact spelling of her name. She was incredibly warm, gentle, and compassionate with our dog — even when our girl was being a bit difficult during nail trimming, Marie/Maria stepped right in and handled her with such patience and grace. She is the perfect example of what a vet assistant should be: kind, skilled, and genuinely caring. We felt so grateful to have her with us. Dr. Koester was equally impressive. She was thorough, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. After her examination, she determined that our dog most likely had an upper respiratory infection and prescribed antibiotics. Within just a couple of days, our pup was already feeling so much better — the difference was remarkable! The entire team at this location is simply amazing. We don’t live in the area, but if we did, VCA Piedmont Animal Hospital would absolutely be our primary veterinarian — without a doubt. If you’re in the Orlando area and looking for a veterinary clinic where your pet will be treated with the utmost care and professionalism, look no further. This team has earned our complete trust, and we highly recommend them to everyone!

  I do not trust this vet. They confused my dog with other animals, tried to give unnecessary procedures, and catheterized my dog after I specifically told them not to. They brought her in the back and when they came back, they told me my dog defecated herself randomly but it’s because they scared her when trying to put the catheter in (against my approval). When I talked to them about all this, they did nothing to resolve these issues and did not care about losing a client. My dog was scared the minute we pulled into the parking lot. Never going there again.

  Great hospital. I took my 2 newly adopted dogs here and they were treated wonderfully. The staff is always kind and courteous.

  Scam tactics- beware: I took my kitten in 2-3 times for basic vaccines/ checkup and signed up for their monthly plan at about 40-50$/month to cover anything the cat needed.. We decided to pause our subscription with VCA after 4 months. They decided to keep charging us and send it to collections, resulting in a 400$ derogatory charge on my credit report.
