  Unhappy with my experience. I was helped by Charlie who had no name tag on and who kept trying to prove I had mishandled my laptop when I told him I specifically had purchased a hard cover case plus a soft cover zip case for my laptop and that it had not been dropped or mishandled. His arrogance was remarkable - perhaps he thinks he has a crystal ball as an Apple employee. He also rushed me because they were closing even though I had waited some time to be seen. If they do not intend to help a customer after logging them in for service without rushing them, they should not log them in. Very poor customer service experience. I had been told by an Apple employee just after purchasing my MacBook Air that the screens go out often. Sure enough.

  Horrible customer service and they tried to over charge me for an Apple Watch that’s 299 online and in store they were trying to charge me $427 and they were out of the soft pink watch that I wanted and trying to sell me the light blush which isn’t the same thing. Very disappointed

  I was helping a friend with her I phone. Drove 2 hours to get a replacement phone because hers had broken. Even though the phone was under warranty Apple refused to replace it,instead they ordered a refurbished phone taking seven to 10 days. She could not be without a phone due to her job,so she was forced to purchase another new phone. Terrible customer service. Apple doesn't stand behind their products.

  The service at Apple has significantly declined over the past years. I’ve been purchasing Macs since early 2000s and can say I had the worst experience yet while trying to purchase a laptop for my daughter. Most of the staff is rude and appeared to avoid us rather than help us purchase. In addition, there’s no checkout register meaning you’re in their mercy for service. I would give 0 stars if I could. I’m ashamed to be an Apple user.
