  muy mal trato por el manager de la tienda muy descortés, muy tajante frío y no pudieron solucionar mi problema de verdad mucha pena cuando en este país la mayoría de las empresas trata a sus clientes como sus jefes como debe ser al final quien consume sus productos son los que al final pagan sus sueldos

  Joseph was nice but found Ms Pat to help because he had to go to lunch. Ms Pat was MEH. She seemed disconnected and while trying to upsell to the terabyte phone18 [we got the 256], when told no thx, she said "why not? Well thats all you!" We found that profoundly unprofessional. We will always go to MILLENIA MALL instead. Staff there are super cool professional w a better attention span and verbiage.

  If you want help or support to help you decide which one to buy. I don’t recommend this location. The store wasn’t even full I could see a bunch of representatives just standing there. I asked the girl in the front and she told me to go to one of the tables and I went and every associate that were passing by I asked for help and they were busy but I couldn’t see why the ones in the back that were just standing there watching everybody why they couldn’t help they were in a table just looking. I’m going to Millenia never again this store

  Arrived yesterday to pick up the new iPhone that I had ordered online. I had a pickup time of 8-8:15 and there was a long line. Apple staff handled the line well, and the staff all seemed energetic and pleasant. Ambar assisted me with my pickup and was really the star of the show. She was friendly, informative, and professional. There were some hiccups in the overall process that had some customers frustrated, but staff worked quickly to overcome any issues that seemed to arise. I would happily return to this location and would highly recommend Ambar.

  Very disappointing experience at Apple Altamonte. I came in because my iPhone 17 Pro silicone case is already peeling despite being only a few months old. I take very good care of my products, and since the case is still under warranty, I simply wanted someone to take a look at it. I approached the person at the front who checks customers in and politely asked if I could get a walk-in appointment for an accessory issue. Instead of even checking what could be done, I was quickly dismissed and told there were no appointments available. The store still had about two hours before closing. What makes this especially frustrating is that I have a family member who works at Apple Millenia, so I’m familiar with how something this simple is normally handled. An accessory warranty issue typically takes around 15–30 minutes to evaluate, and the case either gets replaced or a replacement is ordered. Instead, I was told the next appointment was Wednesday — two days later. Requiring someone to schedule an appointment two days in advance just to have a defective phone case looked at seems excessive, but what bothered me more was the dismissive attitude and complete lack of effort to see if there was another option. Unfortunately, Apple Altamonte continues to fall short when it comes to customer service. My experiences at Apple Millenia have consistently been much better. The only reason I occasionally choose Altamonte is because it’s closer, but experiences like this make the extra drive to Millenia worth it.
