Tony and Ali helped me with a 3D printer issue, and their willingness to take the time to work with me and explain options like geek squad protection is why I’ll be buying from here again for a more expensive printer, the X2D.
My Bambu printer failed soon after purchase and they helped me process a return for the defective printer; and after I explained I was nervous about buying another one for the same issue they explained how geek squad protection would enable the same replacement experience for up to 4 years. Sure it’s an add on cost, but I don’t get that option on Amazon, and certainly not with the manufacturer who sends you the parts to DIY repair. 3rd party warranties may be cheaper but the hassle free experience I had is certainly worth something. The customer service from Tony and Ali, and peace of mind options, are why I’ll shop here for items like my 3D printer again.

One of the guys in the laptops helped me find a cord for my uv lamp which didn’t work because my lamp is broken but I appreciate his helping anyways !!!
