  The worst customer service ever how was it coming here half an hour earlier and don’t get seen until about an hour later the whole time the Apple Store team is just walking around not doing anything and talking to each other not even helping the customers out for people to be spent so much money in this store it is ridiculous that you have to wait here for about an hour to an hour and a half to get seen . Something needs to be done because what is the purpose of making an APPOINTMENT? If you still sent to WAIT.

  My Mom and I purchased a couple iPhones back in May — I’d meant to write a raving review that day, but it slipped my mind. Shoutout to Austin, Dan, Brian, and Sadaf, who each helped us from start to finish. They were so patient especially w/ me, whilst I tried to figure out my iCloud situation. The staff here was so memorable that I’m recalling our experience now!!! Love love love love to Sadaf especially <33333 thank you all for helping us build a fond memory during such a troublesome time in our lives.

  It was so chaotic. They need acoustic paneling because it sounded like a convention hall and all the conversations along with the too loud instructor in the back it was overwhelming. Also very disappointed with geek bar or whatever the pro help is called. They apparently have no technology available to them in store to help in any way for a device that has a broken screen other than charge $230+ to replace it and even then say it may need a factory reset. I would expect better from an Apple store to do a transfer of phone data when buying a $1000+ replacement device. Police have devices that can hack and access a locked phone. Why doesn't Apple have one to at least pull pictures off or do a secure backup to the user's icloud so they can restore to a new device. People were friendly, just a terrible store space and bad support options from Apple. I blame Apple, not the people.

  Been here before, won’t be coming back. An active, abusive man named mekei continues to work there and this makes me feel unsafe to shop here moving forward. For the safety of customers and other employees, I would consider termination. People should know who they are encountering at this place of business especially women and children.

  A employee at your store named ''Mekei Lamar Kelley'' has undergone terrible actions upon women, I overheard conversations about him and his ex's during my visit in the store which contained horror-stories about how he would harass them & take advantage of them, the store overall wasn't problematic besides this but I couldn't under good faith let this issue go without notice.
