  I had a phone crisis and made an appointment for some assistance- when I arrived very early for my appointment- I checked in with Zeynep at the door - she was able to guide me through some steps and I was on my way pretty quickly. What a pleasure to experience exceptional customer service - especially in today’s world!

  Just bought the iPhone 17e and in less than two weeks, I visited two genius bars for not working GPS and Wi-Fi. This bar blamed it on Comcast and refused to trade in my phone, said erasing it will solve the problem. Instead, it only deleted a lot of vital information. After hours on the phone with Comcast, they said it’s a manufacturer defect. Apple doesn’t stand by their products and their bars are not always geniuses. Second time this has happened to me. Not an Apple customer anymore.

  waiting several days to get my back glass of my iPhone fix, Because they could not fix it after I had an appointment with them (first come first serve). I was able to make it there on a Friday. They said it would not be a problem. They were able to get it done that day so I came back an hour and a half later, hoping my phone was done, but instead was left me with a broken front screen. They said they will replace it for the same cost as a repair, obviously.. but now it’s been several days and I have not received my replacement phone I do not think I will not be returning to this location with the lack of communication and an experience they have showed

  Friendly staff. Adi (I hope I spelled it correctly) was AMAZING. He helped me with my Ipad trade‐in, transferring my data and switching over my cell phone sim. He is definitely a people person and more importantly knowledgeable on all of the products.

  Loja padrão da Apple com bom atendimento. O diferencial é a isenção de imposto em Delaware. Mas, a loja precisa ter produtos diferenciados para vender. Não havia nenhum IPhone 17 PRO e nenhum 17 PRO MAX. Fala sério. Você se programou para viajar de NY e nada. Ainda bem que passamos na Loja a caminho de Washington. Não perdemos totalmente a viagem.
