- JBJason BorntregerJul 22, 20261.0All they care about is money my pet had a neck that gotten bad they wanted money B4 treatment wait time wasn't bad for setting appointment they did try to help but both insurance companies declined us so we had to pay cash but couldn't afford it at all we are looking atthe treatment cost around 900 dollars up front or else we put in the good heavenly father hands

Every vet there acts like they don’t know what an animal is or how to approach them. They are all terrible and seem like they don’t even know what they’re doing. Overpriced as well. Never going back there for any vet services ever again.

- TRTeresa RasmussenMay 26, 20262.0My chocolate lab been a patient for 7 years and also in care club for that long. I recieved an email my care club was going from 62 a month to 135.99. I wouldn't mind paying the fee if when my pup is sick there's appts available. Last few times she was I had to go to rt 10 and bam 800 dollars or to Vita where I just paid over 500 dollars . Like I said if sick appts were available I wouldn't mind but there's very few appts or none when you need it. So I'll just open account put the care club money there and have it when needed. I had issues a few months ago on another visit and I almost left the practice then . I only came there as a patient when Dr. Minner was there. She was great and a wonderful vet , but since she left and they got in this new building its just not the same caring place. I hate to say but thats my experience. I will open a saving account put my vca care club money in there and use it when needed.
