- AMAndrea MartinSep 3, 20261.0Ah boy...where do I start. First, we adopted kittens from here...with a plethora of problems. We've had the kittens for a month...and the poor things have not produced a solid stool yet. After paying over $500 for medication, we find that it was ineffective. For some reason, it has been impossible to get ahold of the doctor, get a refill (or different medication). This place is terrible with returning phone calls or emails. The don't have any type of mail-in pharmacy and don't work with with Chewy/Amazon/Petsmart for prescriptions. This place is an hour away from where we live. We been to the hospital 5 times, our kittens are still as sick as they were on day 1 ...and we're over $700 poorer. Please go somewhere else people.

I called to inquire about cost as a first time patient with my pet for just a check in to see if this would be a good place to take my cat and I was told “if you’re not getting testing done the visit is a waste of the staff’s time,” and I was lectured at. I would not return here as trying to find out any information is incredibly difficult due to their rude staff
