  Do not bring your pet here. I wish I'd read these reviews first.Every bad review on here is right. I'm honestly heartbroken I didn't look before bringing my dog in. All they care about is money. Every test, every extra thing they could possibly add, they pushed it to run the bill up as high as they could. My dog's last day on earth, the nurse told me if she pulled her IV out she "wasn't putting it back in." Then she handed my dog to me so rough I couldn't believe it. My dog was dying. Who does that? While I was sitting with her in her final minutes, I could hear loud, obnoxious pop music blasting and the receptionist laughing like it was just another day at the office. Then that same receptionist walked in and told me I had to pick out an urn. I asked her to leave because my dog was still alive with me. She wouldn't. She stood there until I picked one, and then I found out I didn't even need to buy it from them. They were making a sale while my dog was dying in my arms. There is genuinely something wrong with the workers there. I will never get those last minutes back with her. Disgusting people, disgusting company. I'll never bring another pet here and I'm telling everyone I know to stay away.

  Terrible. Checked in the ER area. Took my dogs vitals, nobody in the waiting room. When I called prior they told me it would be quick because of the empty waiting room. 2.5 hour wait and I left. They had more receptionists and assistants than they know what to do with and most likely one lone doctor. It’s ridiculous. Don’t go there if you have an emergency.

  Horrible place. Supposedly an emergency care for pets… not only that they are not really prepared for being open when others are closed, meaning having no staff to treat coming pets. But also not caring much. We were here twice withing 12 hrs. First time we were told our dogs cherry eye can wait till morning when they were expecting to have additional staff. So we are here again for over 4hrs, only cats are being treated and the only doctor that’s here is ordering groceries online instead of treating alined patients. While our not critical case began to develop and worsening much.

  I've been coming here since 2021, and the staff and doctors I've met over the years are top-notch. They'd make sure I have enough time (I am deaf so that they would book me for an hour) to ensure I know everything and that they've been with me at every step of the process, all the way up to this morning. I've never thought I'd have to make the difficult decision to let my girl go without their help and reassurances. They were very patient and gave me as much time with her as possible before she crossed the bridge this morning. I want to thank you for your patience and for the services you provided for my sweet girl.
