  The actual staff at this Best Buy were great. Attentive, helpful, and pleasant to work with for my new phone purchase. The female representative for ATT was a badgering menace. The "can I bait you into conversation with a question about your provider" is a solid sales tactic, I understand working for commission. When the customer says multiple times, "I'm all set, I'm here to buy a phone, I'm not answering your prying questions to lead into your service..." you need to back off. Following the customer around the store displays with that "dog with a bone" body language will not be tolerated. Rude is one thing. Respecting someone's clearly articulated boundries will not be met with aggressive behavior no matter how desperate for the sale you are. I train sales skills and body language reading for a living and I was floored by the entire experience.

  I placed an order for pickup from this store and when I arrived they told me they did not know how to get my tv out of the store. I waited for 1.5 hours while 6 store employees stood around, struggling to find a bar code, struggling to remove the security tag, and then proceeded to remove my tv from my box and damage the screen. They showed a blatant disregard for what I already had spent $600 on and it was clear that even the manager did not require the necessary skills to manage the store. Everyone in charge of staffing should be ashamed to have such an incompetent crew working together. Would not recommend this location.

  I knew exactly what I wanted and Google search told me they had the phone I was looking for. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes I asked for assistance. The AT&T salesperson said they'd find someone for me and I waited another 10 minutes. I finally saw someone at the computer and walked up to ask for assistance. He couldn't even be bothered to turn around and simply said they don't have what I want. If he was my employee I'd fire him for that alone, but it goes on (manager take note). I do know, for a fact, he could have ordered the phone for me as they have them online. That way the sale would have hit YOUR P&L, and not the online shop's. What a pity for you. If it's a training issue, then shame on you. Based on his complete lack of interest in providing customer service and consultation, however, I suspect he simply couldn't care less about his job and wishes he could monetize playing Minecraft, Roblox, or Fortnite. Amazon is now getting my $800.

  I went to Best Buy and had a very disappointing experience. The store was almost empty, yet the service was extremely slow. Most of the employees were standing around chatting with each other instead of helping customers. I ended up researching the phones by myself and purchased one without much assistance. When I later returned the phone because it was not working properly, I experienced the same attitude again. I was sent to the cashier area where two employees were busy talking about their break times instead of helping customers. I would strongly recommend that management provide better customer service training and hire employees who genuinely want to work in customer service, with good attitude, professionalism, and respect for customers.

  BUYER BEWARE -- Something has happened to Best Buy. They have lost their minds. I have used Best Buy for so many years! Both personally and for business. I have spent so much with them. We are a very great customer. We have Geek Squad forever, and now have their new, even higher end service. My husband and I sold our big house and bought and built a brand new condo. My husband and I went in to buy three new TVS for our new home. One pretty huge. All hell broke loose with it. All of a sudden it was going to take an inordinate amount of time to get to us. We have moved and it left us in a home with no TVS. WHEN I GOT WIND OF THE DELAY I WENT BACK IN TO ORDER A 4TH TV THAT WE DIDNT NEED TO COME SOONER. IT WAS ALL SET. THEN THE 4TH NEVER SHOWED UP ON THE 18TH. THEN I COULDN'T GET THROUGH TO THEM FOR DAYS AND COUNTLESS HOURS BECAUSE THEY ADDED AI THAT GETS YOU NO WHERE. WHEN I FINALLY COULD GET THROUGH ONE MANY OUT OF NORTH HAVEN TRIED TO HELP ME. HE ASSURED ME THE 4TH TV WAS COMING. I HAD TEXT AND EMAIL NOTICE THAT IT WAS COMING TODAY AND THAT I WOULD GET ANOTHER TEXT WITH THE SPECIFIC TIME FRAME. IT NEVER CAME. I CALLED ABOUT 50 TOMES AND THEY SAID IT WAS ALL BEING DELAYED INCONTINENT THE 4THBTV. THEY ALL HAD ATTITIDES AND SOME HUNG UP ON ME. EVEN WHEN I CALLED ESCALATION COUNTLESS TIMES THEY REFUSED YO DO ANYTHING, APOLOGIZED. REFUSED TOBGET ME OTHER TVS. I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING PUNKED!!@
